Crepe factory — Restaurant in New York

Horrible experience, the lady in the photo was extremely disrespectful and rude, I placed an order and was told 15 mins for a Nutella strawberry crepe ( which I didn’t mind at all) but I noticed how rude she was to other customer so I asked her for her name as I often write reviews and she stated she would tell me her name so I took a photo and she then got extremely upset and refused to give me my order after I wait 20 mins. This is unacceptable and heartbreaking that I could get my daughter a crepe. I was a loyal customer here and unless someone in charge reaches out I or my friends and family (including officers across the street will not return) it is such a shame because during these times (Covid) we should all be United. Instead you hire people like this that that your business your lively hood for granted. On time of it she didn’t even have her masks on it’s horrible and someone she honestly step up and hire people that like where and who they work for. It’s a slap in the face for the owners of this shop. Great crepes...

I was really excited to see a crepe place in the neighborhood. As much as I like Chinese dessert shops, we didn't need another. It's a small place with a few tables. I was picturing a quiet cozy atmosphere but it wasn't the case; there was a football game shown on a mounted TV and we can hear other customers' conversations since we're all sitting so close. The employees were friendly and left us to ponder a while on our choices. Now onto the food: the menu offered both sweet and savory crepes and drinks as well. My sister and I each ordered a sweet crepe and flavored lattes at the front. The total was about $28, which is surprisingly high for South BK. Everything was delicious but I don't think it can justify the cost. I suppose if I am craving crepes and don't want to venture too far, I might return. Still, I think the prices are not fit for this...

So I can’t say enough about this spot! First of all the aesthetic of this place is amazing, real coffee shop feel. So let’s get into it, I’ve had their iced coffee, Greek frappe, Dalgona, and basically any other iced caffeinated beverage on the menu and I have never been dissatisfied- seriously so good! My favorite is their iced cappuccino OMG! Their crepes are so delicious and can be customized to your liking. They have ICE CREAM, and other desserts including Macaroons which are ALWAYS fresh (not like some other places that will serve them stale and dry). Seriously love this place, they are always coming up with fun new drink & food recipes based on the season or holiday and they not only look good but actually taste great!!
