D's Grab N Go — Restaurant in New York

I’m so happy with the addition of this beautiful little gem of a restaurant!! They opened nine weeks ago, and offer tasty, healthy food…. What more can a human want? Or perhaps I should say what more does a human need? 😆 I ordered the potato leek soup and 3 bean salad to go. I very much enjoyed both dishes. I actually loved the food so much that I am already scheming to return for more… this very weekend! I can be a bit of a food snob at times, but this beautiful little restaurant met my culinary expectations and really hit the spot. Give this place a try. I highly doubt you’ll regret it. I send my compliments to the chef who clearly puts lots of hard work, love and dedication and pride in all these dishes. The owner is very nice to talk to and has a wonderful energy. What a delight meeting D!! She has a passion for heartfelt cuisine, fresh ingredients, and weaving her Guyanese heritage into all of her offerings. I tasted her delicious homemade lentil soup, Hibiscus tea, and melon. She also has a lovely farm stand with fresh veggies and the prices are unbeatable. 2 huge avocados for $2!
