Delicias Caleñas — Restaurant in New York

I gave this place 4.5 star before but today I just experience most expensive rice I have ever bought. I have movie from Florida to New York and I always like Spanish dish, I went to this place to buy a togo small white rice and they charge me 7 dollars for just a box of white rice which is the rice is less then 1.75 $ Chinese white rice. I have been to this place so many times but most of the time they always having hard time understanding English. Always have me the wrong order and overprice food. The food behind the glass are old and not raven warm and their rice are too hard too eat. This will be the last time I visit this place. This place was a godsend when I had a multi-hour layover in JFK after a long international flight early in the morning; it's very easy to get to by AirTrain and saves you from paying airport prices for the McDonald's breakfast menu when you're still on Asian time and in the mood for dinner - in fact it's cheaper than McDonalds' off-airport prices these days. The staff spoke English and were willing to explain what things were; I had a nice cup of coffee, some tasty empanadas and a fried croquette filled with minced shredded chicken and vegetables. Service at night was great however in the morning, the waitress needs to be more friendly, and present to the questions being asked.
