This location needs a rating of 0. Normally I try not to rate when I angry but this location is the absolute worst.
I ordered a pizza and an hour later there wasn’t an update. I called to get a status and I was told there wasn’t anyone available to deliver my pizza. I wasn’t provided an apology nor any consessions for inconvenience. I was, however, given two options: 1) pick it up myself or 2) wait over an additional hour for it may be delivered. Hopefully...
I informed the young lady that neither option was acceptable. I told her I wanted to speak to a manager. She offered that I cancel the pizza and write a review to the location or call the corporate office. I informed her I wanted my order cancelled and was gonna make both complaints.
However, reframed from making my complaints. I didn’t want to waste the energy. I just refused to patronize that location again.
30 mins went by and I received a message from the app congratulating me receiving my order and told me to enjoy the pizza. I immediately called the lacation to confirm that my order was cancelled. The same young lady answered the phone and explained the charge should come off my credit card. Giving my experience with this location I couldn’t trust that. I asked her to provide me with a guarantee of the cancellation. She told me told hold on and immediately hung up on me. That was unacceptable.
The level of unpeofessialism and disrespect exhibited at this location is down right appalling. My interest was to discontinue my service with this location but Dominos as a whole has lost me as a long standing customer. I will be sure to leave this review about this location on every site I frequent.

This was the last of my funds for the day, used with the intent to feed my children. Unfortunately, the delivery driver never showed up with the order and never contacted me at all — no phone call, no message, nothing.
I called the store and spoke with the manager. I even provided my phone number again in case there had been a misdial. The manager assured me that she would reorder the pizza and told me to wait outside. I waited in the rain for 45 minutes, but once again, the delivery never arrived, and no one contacted me. The driver later falsely claimed to have called, which is completely untrue.
I called back to follow up, and the manager and I went back and forth. She was dismissive, unhelpful, and ultimately hung up on me when I asked for a refund. This lack of professionalism and empathy is disgusting and unacceptable. I have never experienced this level of disrespect from a Domino’s store before.

I called the main office to voice my concern and explained the encounter I had when I order from this establishment. And the next day their assistant manager Gloris ( who didn't helped the situation even more, she also brush passed how I was treated) try to smooth over discrimination and humiliation with pizza? What an insult to injury. I personally had worked for domino's in my younger days. If I dare treated a customer like they treated me, grounds of firing or suspension would definitely occur.
