Horrible! Yesterday I was having a small birthday party & ordered pizza from 41 E 167th Bronx, NY. I waited for like an hour & thirty minutes, when I check the app it said that the pizza was already delivered. So I decided to call & the girl whom I spoke to lacked customer service & didn’t care much about the situation. She stated that the pizza was just made & it was going out for delivery in a few minutes. When I check the app again the order was not found. After that I called again & after being put on hold for thirty minutes by the same girl. The manager stated that they canceled the order & that the delivery guy went home. He stated that he called me multiple times which was a lie because I had my phone all night & I know it was working because I was using the same number to call them. The manager never bothered to call to inform us that the pizza would not be delivered, he just left it up to us to find out. Another thing was that the delivery guy had my apartment number & if I supposedly didn’t pick up the phone he could’ve went upstairs with the pizzas. No one rung the intercom last night. Read moreLet me start off by saying that this is the only Domino's in the area and its fairly small so I assume they have trouble keeping up with demand at certain times but they did renovate this spot and it looks pretty neat! If you go to the store for pickup, theres a tv that shows the status of your order so you know how long you'll have to wait.
Whenever I go to the store and pick up, theres never any issue but there was some problems in the past when it came to delivery. One time their website was down, so when I placed an order, it said that it didn't go through and I should try again. So I did and the same thing happened and, when I tried to call the store, I was on hold for about 30+ mins which is unacceptable. I checked my banking app and it said the order was charged to my card twice so when I spoke with the manager I told him the situation and said they will handle it. Later on, I get a call from two dominos delivery guys saying that my order is downstairs...
I love dominos so I will continue to order from them but will only pickup which, I recommend if you live in the area. This store could be a whole lot better if they improve...
Read moreThe delivery guy is clearly blind because he said he called me and he didn’t so he took the food back to the store instead of calling the manager and asking if the number was right, after he took the food back the manager did no call and I was still waiting for my food, I had to wait for 20 minutes on the line to get information about my food. The manager told me it was going to get here in 5 minutes. After 30m I called and he said the delivery guy was just leaving the store. The food got here an hour after, it was cold, but not only that they were 3 items missing from my order. I paid almost 40 and only got 20 worth of food. My boyfriend was so mad that he couldn’t move the car to go to the store so he had to take an Uber back and fourth to get the food that they missed in our order, he ended up paying 18 for the taxi which is unacceptable because I called the delivery guy like 10 times for him to come back with the missing food and he kept hanging up on me because it wasn’t “his problem” anymore.
