First, I tried placing my order online but of course the website was having problems so I called to place my order with store #3569. I ask for the 19.99 deal which come with 2 medium pizza cinnamon sticks and parmesan cheese bread and a 2 liter soda. A man with the heavy accent took my order not once did he say I could not get that deal because I was calling my order in not when I repeated to him what I wanted and not when he repeated it back to me. Then he repeated my address which was wrong and I corrected it for him and again he repeated my address back to me but of course he didn't change the address so the delivery man was at the wrong place when he called me and said he was outside I go out no delivery man I call his phone and told him I was outside and gave him the correct address. When he arrived and gave me my order I asked where is my soda and other items he said everything was there i did not get upset with him not his fault. So I come to my house and called the store only to here the man with the heavy accent tell me I could not get the deal cause I called my order in I explained to the man how the website was having problems that's why I called in the first place. DOMINO'S JUST LOST A CUSTOMER for all of the errors and mistakes made. I really hope someone in corporate read these reviews store #3569 needs help with their website and communication...
Ā Ā Ā Read morePLEASE SPEND YOUR MONEY WHERE THE PEOPLE RESPECT YOU !!!!!!!!!!!!This location deserves no stars, Where do I start I ordered online and this location was not doing deliveries in my neighborhood.i still placed an order for pickup on 2/2/2020 at 9:48pm my order was ready at 10:02 I arrived in the location at 10:05 I informed person I was there for a pick up. when the man got the pizza he placed them on the counter I ask if he could put the pizza in a bag to go he placed two plastic bags on top of the order . I then just attempted to place my pizza in the bag the pizza was cold as if it has been sitting for a while. I told the man Sir my pizza is cold his responses was you took to long to pick up I showed him on the app the pizza was ready at 10:02 its now 10:06 and I thought if this was for delivery dominos had to deliver hot pizza up to 30 minutes.Then he gets all upset and takes the pizza and say I'm going to refund your money. At that point I thought the customer was always right sad part is if this dominos was in a different part of town he would just made me another pizza simple. Ā Ā Ā Read moreGenerally speaking, I have no problem with this Dominos store. The food quality varies, and the experiences with service are no different(as expected with fast food). However having a delivery man deny me my order because I didn't want to walk barefoot across the street to his car in order to receive the pizza was ridiculous.
He yelled quite angrily 'Come!' and when I yell back from my porch 'I don't have shoes on' he throws the pizza back into the car and drives off. I call the store in order to have the issue dealt with. They agree to send a different delivery person with fresh pizzas (as I was concerned that he might tamper with it), yet when I receive the 'fresh' pizzas they were lukewarm and had arrived very shortly after I made the call (I suspect they are the very same pies that were in his care).
A delivery man who wouldn't deliver, and a manager who couldn't manage to get me new pies. This isn't the type of experience I have with every order, and I don't expect much when I do make an order, however this particular ordering experience has left a really bad taste...
