So apparently Dominos has a policy where their delivery drivers have been instructed not to leave their vehicles. Now this may very well be an old policy that I'm just finding out about, but that does not make it any less asinine. It's not only asinine, but it also helps perpetuate the incredible lack of good customer service in the food service. At no point before, during, after or while your order is being tracked is that stated ANYWHERE. Had it been clearly stated, Dominos would've immediately been elminated as an option and I wouldn't have wasted my damn time on Fight Night with 30 hungry guests. The driver wasn't even in front of my house. He was across the street yelling for me to come to him, then we stood their staring at each other for a couple minutes before I slammed my door shut. The insane part of all this is that afterwards the manager of the store calls me with the absolute worst attitude I've encountered in some time and has the audacity to be yelling on the phone. The irony in this is that I ALWAYS tip the drivers well because I personally talk to every driver that comes to my door and they ALL have confirmed that the coompany treats them like trash. This is likely why this has never been a problem before because the drivers always disregard the policy and have come to the door. Lesson of the day... customer service matters. Tonight's Fight Night food vote was for pizza, but my local chinese resturant got my business instead, along with the driver's tip. Moving forward I will support the local pizza spot that actually appreciates its customers and Dominos will never see another penny from me or anyone else that was here tonight that was witness to this bs. You never know who is in what profession or who is in their networks... treat ALL customers...

If you (manager or supervisor) have any doubt on 1st line, I would suggest you to roll your camera recording on today’s date (12/03/2022) between 2:05PM-2:10PM. I earnestly request the manager(if the lady herself not the manager) or the supervisor, please spent this 5 minutes of your time, you will find out why your store’s rating is 2.2. I entered the store, no one felt to ask what I want, then the lady worker came to the register when another guy entered into the store, took the order, received a phone while 3 of us waiting there, the whole time she spoke over the phone, at least 8-10 times she cleaned her nose with her finger, her apron and her t shelve of her shirt, such a nasty gesture in front of us 3 customers, that everyone there was feeling such… please roll the recording, you will see exactly what she was doing.
