I passed by for dinner service and we were pretty hungry. We were seated almost immediately asked what we wanted to eat and the waitress was pretty friendly and patient in regards to our questions for the meal and explaining the menu. I must inform the they have a drink menu, HOWEVER they don’t provide any information on their non-alcoholic drinks. I checked their website, the paper menu, uber eats page everything so do be careful on that end. We ordered our meals and got our appetizer nachos within about 10-15 minutes so I believed that the food would be 30 minutes more. But I was wrong. I saw as other customers came in ordered their meals. And received their meal while we waited a full hour before any dishes arrived. We had ordered another order of nachos exactly like the appetizer nachos for a meal for hour table and that too had taken an hour to arrive. The mac and cheese for the kids and the mac and chorizo appetizer were pretty bland and almost reminded me of the slightly more expensive kraft mac and cheese with the limited edition pokemon shape (except they weren’t pokemon shaped). I had a salad, my family ordered tacos, quesadilla and carne asada. And they were alright but not at the price they charged. They were playing dj music and that was pretty cool. Overall if you’re in the area and you’re… REALLY REALLY HUNGRY for mexican and just can’t go to Roosevelt ave or sunset park, might I suggest the taco bell cantina on 6th ave or chipotle on 8th Ave? Their meats have a bit more flavor. For the the restaurant I would’ve appreciated a little more communication with us if the meals were going to take a a little bit longer instead of all the indoor waiters staring at us as they passed by with water, and food for other tables.

I have travelled all around the world and experienced different levels of service but this place was hands down the worst. Our server was rude, didn't listen to any of our party while taking the order and as expected food was missing, drinks missing, wrong drinks brought and not a single apology was offered.

Food was reasonable quality but to be expected given the location in a nice part of the city. Nothing to write home about.

When we came to pay our bill the server left the Tab for us to review. While we were calculating the balance he came back, took the bill away and returned after having added $47 service charge for himself. I have no issues paying service charges, when the service merits. For the first time in my life, I refused to accept this balance because it was down right laughable to suggest he had earned almost 50 bucks from being obnoxious, rude, arrogant and unfriendly throughout our entire experience!

We still left $35 gratuity as a credit to the food & the other members of staff but our server Zack deserved less than nothing for his efforts. He came to query the bill being $12 short and when I tried to explain my rationale he became aggressive, scrunched up the bill and scoffed like a petulant child. Had he not been so quick to walk away I would have asked for the other 35 dollars back too!!

He also shouted across the restaurant like a wild banshee "Have A Nice Day" in the most sarcastic and condescending of manners and proceeded to try and belittle us in front of other diners. Completely embarrassed himself and your establishment. This did however assure me that I had made the correct decision to make a matter of principle and short change this joker!

Maybe a crash course in customer service is required for this guy, disaster from...

Yesterday afternoon I stopped by to eat at this place, because I already know their food because I've stopped by to eat at their location in Times Square, so I decided to stop by since I arrived at the place and they looked at me like, what do you want here? bad vibe after that they gave me a table upstairs on the second floor I sat down and the waiter who served me was not polite at all not friendly, when he started talking to me in English I answered him in Spanish since I saw that he was Hispanic and I communicate more in Spanish than English and nothing, he didn't answer me in Spanish to which I said ok I will speak my English, and there were people around me who spoke Spanish ok. It took him about 10-15 minutes to take the order. Afterwards, with his arrogance and arrogance, he asked me what I wanted to order. I told him he didn't answer anything. It was all arrogance. Ah, cat, the menu and he left. He never came back to ask if I needed something or if I wanted something else. Nothing. He was just passing by my table. I felt very uncomfortable, it's ugly to be like that or to be looked at like a weirdo just because the place is in an area of rich people and I wasn't dressed in designer clothes or expensive clothes but if I have money to pay that's what It matters because a restaurant is not defined by the location in which it is located but rather by the attention of its employees and the friendliness ok REGARDING THE FOOD WAS VERY UGLY I ORDERED SOME ENCHILADAS SUIZAS WHICH LOOKED TOAST THE TORTILLA ALL BROWN WITHOUT VERY FLAVOR INSIPID SALSA, today I was disappointed and I hope they change their attitude towards people who don't treat them badly because of their appearance or the...
