Affirmation Arts — Attraction in New York

I have been to a handful of corporate expositions / road shows at Jacob Javits Center and couldn't help but think how well positioned -logistically and from a corporate hospitality perspective --the Affirmation Arts space would be. Came here for a rehearsal of Our Best Intentions, a free immersive theatre piece limited to 20 people. Lead by four guides (one director, one psychotherapist, one choreographer and one analyst) and wearing jackets labelled 'Pride', 'Childhood', 'Friend', 'Pain' etc. it was definitely worth the trek to an otherwise somewhat unexciting part of Hell's Kitchen. Stairs were a bit much- steep and quite narrow. Elevator present but just one and always busy. Nice terrace however. Can also hear trains -Amtrak or freight - when the blow horns as they pass by. Very loud. Nice looking...
