Real review here,This place is overhyped. I ordered the fried wings and the wonton soup. At first glance, The wontons in the soup didn’t look great. Despite how it looked, I still took a bite and instantly refused another. The unknown meat in the wonton looked inedible. And as for the wings…. The flavor tasted weird and it was not as crispy as the usual fried chicken I ordered. To top it off, Service on the phone was off-putting and this person seemed to dread even being on the phone in the first place. But I ordered anyway because it was under new ownership and saw great reviews. Needless to say, This was the last time I’m ordering from this spot. Disappointing all around, Hong Kong and King Wah are the better alternatives.

After work, I've wanted to find a good spot for some chinese food. I've come here to order some chicken broccoli with egg fried rice, and it tasted very good. The restaurant looked clean and elegant and the staff was also very nice and friendly. The cashier was also nice to recommend to me their chicken wings and iced tea, which also tasted really good. The food was amazing, and I would recommend this spot for some good Chinese food.

Favorite go-to local spot for some delicious Chinese food that always hits the spot. I never get tired of eating here because there is so many great options on the menu, but you can never go wrong with the staple fried chicken wings and fried rice. Definitely try everything. Extra points for the service too, they are always quick and helpful with whatever you need. Highly recommended!

Nicely renovated and clean. Food is good except for the dumplings they were thicker than any I’ve ever had before. The problem is with service. Apparently, there is a brother and sister who are running the place. I believe, the brother is a bumbling fool who doesn’t really know what he’s doing. He is rude has messed up my order two times in a row. I decided to give them a chance because the food is good, but they refused to answer their phone for almost an hour on a Friday night. I decided to walk there since I live close by and their excuse was sorry we were busy. I’ve been ordering fast food Chinese for 30 years in New York and I’ve never, heard anyone say to me sorry I’m too busy to answer the phone. Clearly they have a lot to learn. I hope they get their...

After flying in from Dubai for a big tech meeting, I was absolutely starving. So, I decided to stop by this amazing Chinese restaurant, Double Restaurant, in NYC. And boy, am I glad I did! The food here is outstanding, but let's talk about those wings they're like little pieces of heaven fried to perfection! On top of the mouthwatering food, Jenny's customer service is top-notch. She goes above and beyond to ensure her customers have a memorable dining experience. It's no wonder this place is considered one of the best Chinese spots in NYC, hands down. Whether you're craving delicious wings or any other authentic Chinese dish, Double Restaurant is a must-visit. Trust me, after a long flight and a big meeting, this place hits the spot...
