La Esquinita Latin Food Cuisine — Restaurant in New York

I had a horrible experience at this place with my friend. Our entrees were no.good. I had the steak.and shrimp.my friend had the Salmom. My friend could not eat her food. It was dry and bland. My skirt steak and shrimp was tasteless the meat was tough and chewy. We asked to see the manager. The manager was not there they said she was at a reunion. We waited an hour for her to come to the restaurant. She had an attitude when she got there and right past us more than once without saying anything. She was upset that she had to come to work. She took a while before she gave us a discount which was not what should have been. She finally apologized after giving us the discount. To be fair the other employees were good and they tried to help us . The bartender did make good drinks. Never...

Spend a good amount of money the person that took my order was very polite. The person that delivered my food was polite as well. I ordered tacos, ceviche, and octopus. I spent $70 and the reason why I’m giving three stars is the octopus that I paid for was $20 for what they sent me was so disappointed and I was angry. Very little and overcooked would I order again I don’t think so. Very expensive and very little food. You want more customers gotta do better. Would I recommend nope. Really terrible experience!!! We order 2 simple chicken filet. Because we were in a hurry and in according with the waitress this would come faster. Took 40 minutes and we never got it. So we decided to leave. Every time we were asking..the respond was.. it is coming now. I think you guy should have respect to your costumers and If you can't handle to run a place at least inform your guest about the delay.. never come back and is no the first time we have incidents with...
