Dragon One — Restaurant in New York

I came here a lot before the makeover. I always ordered the same thing. Since the makeover I have been ordering mostly from the phone. Today I had time to actually walk in to place a order. When I walked in the lady was playing on her phone. I kindly waited for her to notice me. She didn’t the chef in the back had to tell her to look up. I asked her for what I always ordered and she actually yelled at me saying “we don’t make that where is that on the menu?” I kindly told her I ordered that all of the time. She doubled the price. (I honestly didn’t say anything because I was tired) when my order was ready her nose was running and she was trying to hold the snot with her forearm for a while before getting tissue. 🤦🏾‍♀️when I got home, I realized that not only was she rude, and sloppy but actually got my order wrong. Never ever ever again will I be going here. This is the first time I ever had issues here btw. Front desk cashier...

I give 2 stars because while the guy taking the order wasn't very cordial, at least he was exact in his execution of service. I ordered chicken egg foo young, spare ribs, and chicken fried rice ($1.50 more for chicken fried rice instead of white rice/not bad) The egg foo young was bland and undercooked (danger) The fried rice tasted old. Like when you leave food out all day then warm it up... no bueno!!! With three little bites of chicken. (Seriously??) And lastly.. He deep fried already red and prepared spare ribs then put sauce on it. (Super bland) How can red food have no taste? (Scary) The food here taste like a bunch of young dudes watched too much YouTube and opened a restaurant. To serve food that bad with a straight face tells me these guys aren't serious. I am a resident in this neighborhood and I do not recommend this spot. Should be called...

Very racist business that does not know how to treat people. When the woman is there, she is very rude. Today, I watched her serve 4 people that came in, ordered, and all were served before me even though I got there first and all I had ordered were small fries and an egg roll. She had me standing there for 20 minutes and I ended up leaving empty handed because her attitude was nasty and I couldn't take it. I think she did that because I refused to pay for my food until after it was prepared. Last time I was here, she tried to overcharge me for a meal, had I not looked at the menu, I wouldn't have realized. I confronted her about it and she first tried to lie and then proceeded to ignore me. Avoid here if you can. On top of that, I heard the woman talking about me but little did she know I understood Cantonese & mandarin. Will never be...
