Dunkin' — Restaurant in New York

Bought a iced Carmel macchiato asked for cream instead of milk I taste it and it doesn’t taste right so They make it over and She is showing as she make it . She use cream but when it came to the espresso she didn’t not use the machine to to give shots she just poured it in the cup . I ask how many shots is supposed to come in the drink another lady says 2 I say no 4 . I was in correct it’s suppose to be 1 small shot and the size cup i ordered the is a large . What she poured in the cup was not a shot . Then she argues me down and refunds me my money. Now I go there a lot . They where very rude and . THEY ARE SERVING YOU WHAT THEY WANT OLD SHOTS THAT ARE JUST SITTING IN THE CUP . They are not using the machine to serve correct portions . Be aware of what n how they make your espresso drinks . I have been there with great service this time was horrible. If I was wrong she could have said it’s extra . No instead argued me down about the serving size of the shot and how they know how much goes in the latte and MACHIADO. She use the cup that attached to the espresso machine as a measurement device when it’s the setting on the machine small medium large . They do not know what there doing in there and are very poorly trained . It was a very old lady that made my drink and a middle age woman who did all the arguing

I advice you if you reading this one it’s right down the block not too far from this rude nasty attitude having workers . Better service better tasting MACHIADO and the correct number of shots ...

they just renovated the outside of the gas station. looks great! i guess because of this, they increased the price of every item in here. a donut used to cost .99 and is now $1.69! they increased everything in both the gas station and Dunkin' Donuts! Gas is too expensive! Unbelievable! A can of soda is $1 anywhere you go...not here.

I'll be back when they stop charging me so much for the prior renovations made. I'd rather spend my hard earned money at the Deli across the street since that's the case.

It was poor relationship with the worker and me she over charge me plus never reach out to give me my change took my change and threw it in to there tip cup ..I asked for it back she look at me like I was saying something wrong. I just let her have because she was hastive about it so im leaving out the store realizing ..no napkins in the holder she took her hands and grab it all over the napkins at that point I said...
