Most rudest and first employee I've ever met! I never have bad experiences with workers but this was my first one. There was a thin male with a goatee and mumbled something, but I couldn't hear them. I ordered a tuna bagel, but they still mumbled then ordered again and then they SNAPPED at me! Shouting at me that they didn't have it and stood my ground with a stern "OK", since I was frustrated with them, but acted calmly in the first place, then ordered a tuna melt croissant and shouted "We don't have that! There is no tuna!" Then proceeded to explain to me what a tuna melt acting as if I was a child! Then asked for a dragon fruit drink and they didn't have it either.. It was 10 am... around breakfast time and was weird that it was out of stock when another D&D near me but farther had it. I don't what this guy's problem is but he should be kicked out and never work in service if it frustrates him this much. Or close down this D&D forever and put something useful if they'll have rude employees and unsanitary conditions based off of other previous reviews. If a corporation cannot manage their employees' temper they shouldn't be capitalizing on marketing a chain of them, playing Russian roulette on which store you land on. Read moreI quite agree with a customer who was served before me. This establishment is short-staffed and in need of more support. Came by today and observed what looked to be the head cashier or server simultaneously taking orders (of which she stopped taking my order before I could complete it) + showing other 2 workers how to make coffees/serving previous customers, not-so-silently reprimanding other workers on ineffectively performing their jobs. It took approximately 10 minutes to wait for my order to be completed, several of which were spent watching 3 iced drinks that customers hadn't picked up quickly melt down onto the pick up trays. After about 3 minutes, it was evident they needed to become trash. Pick up station and parts of the floor were littered and tables were not cleaned after use. The scene appeared chaotic and stressful for both employees and customers. There needs to be better organization.
