i purchased the Samsung Galaxy S 9+ but I believed that the screen would have been larger. but its just too small . I can hardly read the letters on the screen. it might be 6.2" but the width is small. anyway I spent 3 hours trying to remove the three accounts from the S(+ Samsung. Goggle , ICloud. withj zero success. I then called Samsung technical support and spoke to someone who walked me thru the steps . and Samsung concurred that after going from setting. to cloud and accounts. then tap accounts. tap goggle and then tap the account you want to remove;. the only problem there are "no accounts there" it says add accounts. so I spent 3 hours for nothing. the instructions were vague. and I think that these threats that you throw at people in your instructions is inappropriate and insulting. I am a Retired NYPD POLICE OFFICER. and I kind of take this threats of rejecting the refund if everything is not perfect is over the top I have never purchased from a seller on Amazon that uses threats to indimidate the customer. and you do it many times in you instructions. "FAILURE TO ADHERE TO THESE LEGAL REQUIREMENTS MAY PREVENT PROPER SHIPMENT RESULTING IN AN UNSUCCESSFUL RETURN" "FAILURE TO REMOVE THE GOGGLE OR SAMSUNG ICLOUD ACCOUNTS MAY RESULTY IN A RESTOCKING OR THE RETURN BEING REJECTED." Anyway I think the threats over over the top and puts a negative theme to selling cellphones. I iknow your record . number of sales per month . Anyway this has been a long journey just to get the cellphone to the UPS Store today before they closed. I take some responsibility in this;. but I spent with calling Samsung. doing internet searches , transportation. maybe like 8 hours for one cellphone. I will never do that again. I ordered an Samsung Galaxy S8 Active from them three days ago. I recieved the phone today. I could not be happier. It was sufficiently packaged. The phone looks brand new. I've been using it all day and the battery has barely reduced in power. It has the 4000mah cell so it must be in like new condition. This phone is overall in PERFECT condition. I have a large family. We will all be buying from Mobile Shop in the future. I look forward to doing business again. This was among the best online purchase experiences of my life. I could not say enough good about Mobile Shop. This was an Amazon purchase. I will be checking out their website from now on. Thank you guys so very much. WARNING THIS BUSINESS IS A SCAM. Goes by " Cell traders" on amazon and is not BBB accredited . I ordered a phone from them and it didn't match amazon's description. They do not respond to messages. Had to get ahold of the New York consumer protection who sent them a letter to try and get a hold of them. Only then did they start talking. They canceled my return order on Amazon and refused to provide a new tracking number so I ended up shipping it back myself with a signature confermation as proof. I must have been one of the lucky ones because they refunded me for the garbage phone they sent. Bottom line, do NOT buy a phone from this shady buisenss or their Amazon storefront because you might not get...
