Dunkin' — Restaurant in New York

Just really wanted to criticize the staff's attitude and their seriousness to the customers. I ordered two drinks yesterday night at around 7 pm, but the store was closed(I didn't expect that since I searched online and it states they close at 8 pm). So I came back today. I gently asked the staff to get my drinks. And she looked at me several times like I did something wrong. I wasn't sure if she would give me my drinks, therefore I asked for refund. Then with unwillingness she said to make me my drinks. I was confused amongst because I couldn't read her accent very clearly. And I saw her making my drinks without wearing back her mask! Isn't that what she must follow under the covid crisis? I let her and prayed for safety. Attitude. Safety. Such two big deals! Please assure they...

Wanted to purchase a to go cup and put my tea in it instead of a paper cup I was told I couldn't do that I had to pay separately for each them then when I went to use my gift card i was told I was unable to purchase my to go cup with my gift card I have. Never heard of such a thing I received the gift card so I could purchase a to go cup the service today was terrible the lady behind the counter was very rude to me I will not be returning to this location again as I do purchase my tea there...

I shop here because it's convenient with my job.. I have to say to his is the worse DD I've ever been at. Literally at least 2 times every week they get my order wrong.... Or they forget something. I came in with cash and they heard my order and told me my money was fake.. I've been shopping for months everyday at this place and to hear that was very upsetting.. the staff is lifeless. I don't understand why they can't get anybody more efficient...
