This morning I went and ordered the egg sandwich on sourdough bread and a small coffee. I made the purchase. $9.01. Ridiculous so I told myself that will be the last time I get breakfast from there. Well, I have a better reason for not going back. The lady who took care of me at the register was also doing the food. (There was another woman there doing nothing but standing behind the counter at that time.) First, she did not hand me the receipt. She simply walked away to prepare my sandwich. So I grab rhe receipt from the printer and put it in my backpack. Now, the way this goes is you place you order at the register then walk to the other end of rhe counter to get your order. So I do that. There's a cup of coffee on the counter. I don't know who it's for so I leave it there. I look up and see the cashier/food preparer put on gloves. Now, I saw the bread slices already out on the wax paper which is on the slider (the baking sheet with a handle). I then see said cashier/food preparer take out two eggs (already cooked) she places one egg with it's wax paper on the slice on the left then places the other egg with the wax paper on the slice on the right, realizes what she did, picks up the one from the right, removes the wax paper, goes to toss out the wax paper into the rectangular trash can located under the stainless steel table that has the food on it, hovers over said trash can with the wax paper from the egg then brings it back to the egg. So now the gloves and the wax paper are contaminated and you bring it back to the egg?!? I was livid. I demanded my money back. They were going to give me back for the sandwich only. I said no, I don't have my coffee and I don't want it.I'm now going to file a complaint for...
Read moreAs soon as I walked in, I saw an employee washing his face in the sink (behind the counters). That should've been my cue to leave right away. I walked up to the counter anyways and greeted another employee at the register, he ignored me and didn't even look up. Then the face washer came to take my order, which he kept ringing in the wrong order, and the short rude employee kept correcting him. I told them forget it and left the store. These employees need to remember this isn't their home and they need to be trained how to work as professionals. Never coming back to...
Read moreI've been a customer here for years and recently I've noticed that they pick and choose when they want to honor coupons or promotions. If you're going to do that why not just state you won't allow any promotions to be used? Apparently you can't use your tmobile tuesday coupon unless they feel like allowing you. I was told my coupon was expired even though it clearly states I have 5 more days to use it. This is the 3rd time they give me problems.
