Dunkin' — Restaurant in New York

I usually go to this Dunkin because it’s closer to my house. But the cashier/staff member, Tania is always giving attitude towards customers. I’ve seen her give attitude towards a customer before. And today (4/28/19), she chose the wrong day to give me an attitude. I asked for a medium $2 cold brew and from what I remember, she asked me how many pumps of flavor swirls do I want and I said 2. And when she was putting down my order, I saw that she put 2 orders of the $2 cold brew. I told her I said I just want one and right away she says “You just said you want 2” with an attitude. Not only did she almost mess up my order, but she also gave me attitude when I wasn’t even being rude. While waiting for my order, I asked one of the staff members what days does Tania work. She told me she works 5 days. I told the staff member “Well I want to let you know that I don’t like her attitude and I don’t want to see her when I come back here. Thank you.” After the staff member was done making my order, she tells me she doesn’t work on Fridays. And I said “Okay thank you.” I don’t really do reviews for a big franchise like Dunkin’, but I work in a job where it involves a lot of customer service. So we went in the morning just now to get breakfast to eat and we had no problems ordering it until we received are food but we were missing a strawberry lemonade and we would not get it because what if someone else ordered one so I went to check if it was mine and she checked my receipt if it was mine and it was and she said okay why don’t you get it and I said I didn’t know it was mine and she said get it with an adittude and she said omg and I said omg you because we’re paying you and that money goes to your paycheck And we order a creamchess with cream and chess and they did not add the cheese but their donuts be bussin bussin but their 2 employees giving us are food are not good but the cashier was super nice so as you can see this is not a good Dunkin’ I recommend a...

This is the worst dunkin donuts we have ever been to. The two ladies working tonight were terrible. They appeared to be laughing at an older lady who was upset because she had lost something. They then redused to refund a senior citizen who was requesting for their senior discount. They said it was too late and needed to request it prior to paying. She was clearly a senior citizen. These are people On a limited income. They are also charging $1.09 when people requestTap water! This was for a child! They hide behind that it’s the managers rules. They gave that as an excuse to the old lady when she requested the refund and when questioned why they are making money off of tap water.
