Dunkin' — Restaurant in New York

Do not go to this Dunkin Donuts! People with bad service with worst attitude! They gave me the wrong order and took it back for my orders. Before even for me to tell them my problems a lady gets loud saying "why did you take someone else order!" I told the lady that you guys gave me the wrong order then all three ladies works there start getting loud again and arguing towards me for nothing! I have my own business and I always tell my workers that customers are always right! Never argue with customers. I hope this Dunkin Donuts owner reads all these reviews. Worst...

Ordered a lemon iced tea w/ 1 sugar, a minute later the cashier lady placed a cup of iced tea on the pick up desk in front of me and simply said “no lemon” and left. I tried to ask her if they have something else instead but she ignored me. So I got a plain cup of ice, and tea, for 5 bucks. This Dunkin Donuts really is a great place. A good spot for the neighborhood people to gather for coffee and donuts. People say that Dunkin makes the best coffee, I'll have to take their word on this. Unlike some other stores this store has the nicest staff.
