I'm a fair and sometimes a five star fanatic reviewer so when a location food item or place and looks behaves correctly I bless them with five stars and rightfully so. As far as dunkin donuts I've never had a location recieve anything lower than 4 stars UNTIL I STEPed IN AND places an order WITH THE DD employee.. First thing first, as far as appearance its an average DD BUISNESS BUILT in the new theme dunkin donuts has been pushing out for the past year or two. THEIR NEW BUISNESS PLAN IS TO OCCUPY THESE VERY SMALL square foot units THAT give 150 SQUARE FEET of space FOR its CUSTOMERS TO STAND AND ORDER IN. THAT SPACE also houses 1 OR 2 REFEIGERSTORS AND MAYBE 1 round table for a couple to sit and eat on. I SAY all THAT TO acknowledge that the store was as normal and straightforward as can be. So why the low score, simple; its because of the interaction between me and this DD worker behind the register. After ordering my usual the 2 for 5 B.E.C special(BACON Egg & Cheese) I opened my wallet and pai had e 5 singles, 100 dollar bill and the rest were 20s. The total was $5.34 cents and I had 3 dimes and two pennies as well. Al in I had l $5.32 and yet the worker still had his hand out palms up asking me for two more cents. I really dont want to break the 20.dollar bill so i pointed to his tip bowl with about 3 dollars in change amd asked If I may grab 2 pennies. He said No while dunking his hand in the tip jar grabbing all but one oennhll the change and placed it in his pocket and said no those are his and that I stikk have another bill I can use. Now honestly and morally speaking he is correct however there are exceptions one can easily and maybe nicely bend for a good cause or as an act if kindness for someone. Well that didn't happen, after a brief 20 second silence among vith of us I painfully handed over the 20 and recieved ed my change in singles and 98ncents in change and pocketed them. I was still baffled and my mind was empty for any words. I accepted defeat and took it like a man. Reflecting on this, I noticed that inwas more bothered in the fact that he grabbed the rest of the chance and pocketed them as to prevent me from grabbing any of them while he went ord to prepare the food order. It was only a one man work day so it wasn't like he could just stand in front and have another coworker prepare the order. In conclusion, the moral of this story is about the little things or actions that someone does which reflects their way of thinking or their views on others. With this move he obviously showed me that he didn't trust me or had any faith that I would not steal his 2 dollars in change. So if I was unstable I may have took it another way and both of us would probably be spending the night or two nights on rikers island. This way or assumption the worker had is ehatsnwrong with our culture today. We have lost faith and trust for our fellow countrymen, our neighbors our acquaintances and even to our community. We tend to judge each other by our " book covers" instead of atleast reading the front page or getting abd having a formak conversation with us. When did this all happen. We can argue that it had always been the case and it's just boe more visible to us, but is that do can that be proven. My theory is that social media not only changed the way we communicated and interacted toward one another but also created this fear of having a formal human to human meetup like how we use to do because we forgot or dont remember how it goes or how it went. When you are in thr unknown we tend to react with fear and fear brings up the kill or be killed way of thinking and that brings division instead of unity and division leads to prejudice and unfair treatment to people we dint know or to ones who are not.of our kind. So brace yourself America i ask of you to sit down be at peace and reflect of the old days of the days where we would be walking thru town greeting anyone and everyone done so often it became a routine as is breathing is a routine to our brain and body. We just need...
Read moreLunch break while in the nabe for Bronx Civil Court I decided on one small raspberry watermelon fresher with lemonade $2.49 and one apple Fritter donut $4.09 since I had previously sustained my appetite early with substance. Ordering and payment was promptly efficiently quick as standard customer service - always avarice for taking customers' money. I voiced boisterously loud my measly request a sales receipt as the female cashier and server, with utter disdain, was acquiesce to print and provide a receipt. However, order fulfillment for delivering the product is an eternal wait as I was the last customer standing waiting for the sky to fall down. Last lone, one standing. All the Dunkin' Donut staff were faineants standing idle, but extremely busy chattering rapid fire in their native language full of malarkey as no one was actually fulfilling any orders. I had to extend my hand to grab my drink and again boisterously loud voiced my one measly apple Fritter donut that I am still waiting as part of my order. Customer service is egregiously horrible and nonexistent as the staff have no productivity, indifference, and no situational awareness for their malevolent behavior. Possibly ergophobia? Of course, no apology for their egregious error. Faineants!!

Read moreMy experience at this dunkin donuts was not welcoming at all. The young gentleman at the register did not greet me, but rather said "what do you need?". He also denied me my latte because he said it was a health code violation to make a latte with cream; it is not a health code violation. I got the same latte with cream several times before this day. I will no longer visit this dunkin. It always boils down to management. I'm sure the manager knows this individual by now, and if he allows or encourages this behavior from employees to customers, maybe he shouldn't be managing. Either way, steer clear of this dunkin, there's bad apples...
