I really don’t understand the so called manager. They gave me a wrong donut which I buy donuts every morning for my son, I came in next day and told the guy about it . He tried to give me another donut but I wasn’t with my son and told him save it for Monday. Monday comes and this manager decides I needed to take a photo to show her, or come the same day to tell them. I explained I came the very next day and spoke to the guy that was there. She was not nice about it nor give me a donut for free after they gave me the wrong one. Today I go in for hash browns and I’m waiting 8 min. Two orders come out and they just give it to two people who claimed to buy hashbrowns literally 3 min after a guy and I tell them we waiting … then I tell her I’m waiting as well and she asks me what’s my number as if they just yelled out hash browns numbers. I tell her my number and she says oh someone took it. No nobody took it you gave it to them! Why is it always a problem with her and I. My donut oh I had to take a picture now my hasbrowns I gotta tell you the number of my order? Horrible service they barely speak English. They talk amongst themselves about customers and they take forever to make food!!! I just don’t understand. America runs on Dunkin” but Dunkin don’t run on americas time! Read moreI went in for a T-Mobile Tuesday redemption for a free latte. The terms and conditions cleared stated i had until 4/16/19 to redeem with 5 days left on the offer. The cashier mentioned it to the supervisor several customers were asking for the same promotion, and they stated it was only on tuesday. After explaining it to them and showing them the app themselves the supervisor asked another employee who stated they could not fufill my offer because it was only available on Tuesdays. The offer was only available to get on Tuesdays but it allows you to use once until expiration. They were not trying to understand claiming an email told them only Tuesdays. I wanted a coffee irregardless however the way they handle that was horrible. If multiple people are asking for the same thing and by promotion it states they can receive it, what is the problem. That is poor customer service on there part and they need better communication on their knowledge on current offers. I can only imagine how many customers they refused this promotion they were entitled too. So after i purchased a coffee when it was supposed to be free i received some glares as if I was a trouble. Read moreI come here every single day usually I come at night but for three times between last week and this week I came in the morning. In the mornings they charged me extra for extra sweet coffee I do not mind this but in the afternoon they charge me $3.15 one day I asked the lady how come it was $3 and 45 cents and she gave me an attitude (which she had when she started) saying prices are going up I said between last night and today 35 cents? And anyway she rolled her eyes. Again I do not mind paying the extra money as I am getting extra syrup but I do not like the attitude of the people in the morning because the next time I go in there I did not get my coffee the way I liked it even though I asked for it to be extra sweet so I asked for more syrup well the girl that works their name Camilla sstarted telling all of her employees or co-workers as loud as she could so everybody can hear her she doesn't want to pay and she told at least three of her employees while I'm standing right there listening to her so anyway I rate this place four five stars at night time however in the morning this little girl Camilla carmilla is not a very nice person and...
