My statement to dunkin....I had an interesting experience at the dunkin on 57 E 125th street New York NY 10035. Dunkin is advertising a $3 sausage egg and cheese on a croissant as long as you buy a coffee that is a Med or Large. I bought a Medium sized cold brew (it's still a coffee) and the sale price of the $3 sandwich as well as a donut. The lady charged me standard prices and charged my card. I saw the sale on my receipt didn't reflect what was advertised. I mentioned it to the lady and asked her about it. She said it was for standard coffee or iced coffees only. I asked for a refund for the sandwich and she made a refusal. My sandwich wasn't made yet so I didn't see what the problem was. I asked for her name and she initially didn't want to tell me. She called someone on the phone but I already didn't trust her. since she didn't want to give me her name I snapped a picture of her because I didn't want her to give a false identity. she later mentioned that her name is Michelle. I received my sandwich and was just looking for my coffee. she then asked that I delete her picture from my phone. she then continued to the back of the store and grabbed someone to try to intimidate me. I told them I deleted it and left the dunkin. I had such a bad service and it could have been avoided by just giving me my refund and not trying to manipulate my bill. Please train the staff accordingly so matters like this come to a simple resolve and not escalate to what it did today. Thank You!!!!
They are getting people left and right with this "promotion". watch...
Read moreToday I went in to this smaller D&D. It was crowded. There was a homeless man in there standing by the door. After a while, and I was on line for a while, I heard a woman say, "don't touch me." She got really upset and was loud and clear. Then the man went from one person to the next, EXTREMELY close in our faces asking for money. He even waved his arms in a few people's faces and became aggressive. The first woman said to the D&D workers, aren't you going to say anything? Get him out he is harassing your customers. They just stared. The woman was furious and said if you all don't do something and get him out, there is going to be a problem. You can't have him harassing your customers like this. Finally, one of the workers waved him off. When I got up to the register, I noticed a woman's work tag said, "Shift Leader." So I asked her, if you are the shift leader, why did you allow the customers to be harrassed like that. He wasn't your average begger, he was aggressive and intrusive in people's personal space. She said something about him being a customer. I said get serious, he was bothering your customers. She gave me my change very quickly and brushed me off. I cannot remember her name, but this was at 10:50am, on Sunday, October 28, 2018. Her name starts with an M. Good looking out for the safety of your customers Shift Leader. Not pleased with how they...
Read morenonsense establishment. they make horrible coffee at a place that already isn't known to have great coffee.
i'm trying the "2 weeks of free coffee w/ purchase" promo and; each time i ordered a frozen coffee here the drink was always half melted(making it more like a very sweet coffee water) they don't measure and mix the drinks to taste (the same drink i order in The Bx tasted WAY better despite being the SAME order) they don't try to work to understand customer needs (a basic example being i stood at the to go counter for longer than necessary because they had my order out of reach but also no one was there to give/call out the orders?? so theyd make orders, say nothing, then make the next order. all the while orders are piling up around one another yet out of reach from any customer trying to pick it up)
tldr; unless you're like me and like free stuff you should go one block down to GinJan...
