Absolutely LOVE this spot and will be coming back. I came for an ateez cupsleeve event and sometimes, I have to admit I can be picky with bubble tea shops! But this place was super welcoming the moment I walked in, the customer service was great. I was a little shy on what to get because it was my first time coming here and wondering what to try, and I was offered to try two different samples of drinks that I initially thought I wouldn't like but it was actually really good! It was this lychee oolong tea (? I hope this was the right thing that the lady said, it was a beautiful purple color though) and smooth thai latte in two big pitchers! I ended up ordering the tiger taro latte with brown sugar boba (my go-to) and the thai latte (which I normally don't like but they made it so well that I had to have it, and it was my first time liking to drink thai!) drink to stay. All the way in the back there is a gender neutral bathroom that is well kept, and an open drinking space with cushioned couches, chairs and tables and a big TV on the wall playing ateez videos for the whole event. It was very comfortable, and I enjoyed my time there. I stayed for a couple of hours and I was tempted to get other things on the menu even if I was short on money. I took a picture of the menu so that others can see the prices and what things they offer, and for me to keep for the next time I come ☺️ I hope this business stays!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ “I come all the way from the Bronx every 1–2 weeks just to get my favorite drink here at Harlem Bubble Tea. Today (09/25/2025 at 2:30 PM) I was helped by a very kind girl who made me a Classic with mango, and as always, it was absolutely delicious. The service is fast, friendly, and always with a smile, and the drinks have a unique flavor I can’t find anywhere else. Totally worth the trip. Keep it up, because customers like me keep coming back for the quality and excellent service! 🙌🍹✨”

Just stopped by Harlem Bubble Tea on 125th Street and tried the Thai tea. It was really good. Smooth, flavorful, and just the right amount of sweetness. The place has a nice vibe and the service was quick. If you are in the area and craving bubble tea, I highly recommend checking it out. Definitely worth the visit.

Enjoyed everything about this place, they even have an area in the back that is called the garden area with a big screen TV and comfortable lounge type of seating. Bathroom's clean. Ice cream and sorbet, Boba tea like purple taro. Smoothies. And the bubble puffs pastry, or at least thats what I call it.

The only disappointment was that instead of maple syrup, which was what was listed on the menu as an option to dip my dessert in, it was a breakfast syrup. Not real maple syrup...

The service I've received there was super helpful, even after I dropped some breakfast syrup on myself, I was provided paper towels and even a baking soda mixed in water. Great idea. All in all, definitely a place to return...
