Dunkin' — Restaurant in New York

I came today, order coffee and sandwich and gave them 20$. I got change out of 10 and explain that the clerk made mistake. She cursed me and deliberately didn't return the change, despite the manager told her to do so. I waited literally 15 minutes, still no change and no sandwich. I asked her again and she told me that I need to wait an hour. I explain her again that she made mistake and offered her my business card, so she can rich me and see that I was right. She told me that I need to come back in 24 hrs and laugh into my face, saying that I need to wait at least 1 hrs. I was shocked and speechless. I see in front of me a filthy clerk who is not capable to figure out change from 20$, working without gloves, putting in front of her filthy hair, ( that is should be fashionable or what?) and cursing me... is Dunking Donuts so hungry that company sells its franchising for such trash? I walked away without any change, no receipt was provided , nor any goods... I think it is time to stop it... Disgusting... I do not care about $20, but I do care how people talk and that's not how it...

I went there on Saturday morning before work. I ordered iced coffee with the cookie dough flavoring. I noticed "munchkin" charged to my order and I inform the clerk that I didn't order that. He tells me, "because of the cookie dough, I have to charge you extra." I tell him, for what? No other D&D charges extra for that. "That's what my boss told me to do." I even said, if you were supposed to charge people for it then why isn't it in the computer? Why are you charging me a munchkin? "That's what my boss told me to do." After debating with him on it, I paid and left because I had to go to work. I'll never go there again if that's their policy, granted it's only 40 cents but it's just not right. I don't know if the employee is wrong or misunderstood what he's supposed to do or if the boss/owner is so hard up for money that he has to wrongful charge his customers more than what they should... either way I'm never going...

One of the female employee was very rude. I went there to order a large cup of coffee and their $2.00 promotion offer classic breakfast sandwich. When I was ready to pay I notice she charged me more than $2 for the sandwich. I asked the lady why wasn’t it $2.00 as stated in their promotion. She claimed its $2 off not $2. I told her that not what the promotion says and I paid only $2 the day before at another location. She told me no, it’s $2off, not $2 again. So I told her i don’t want to sandwich any more. She yelled at me with a line full of people behind me saying “Why didn’t you ask before you order.”. I was upset but didn’t want to hold up the line. So I can told her forget it, I don’t want the coffee either and walked out. Her behavior is totally unacceptable for...
