Today I placed an online order for (1) lg hot chocolate and (4) coffee cake muffins. Their website advertised coffee cake muffins and I ordered them cost me $12.49 but to my surprise when I received my delivery there were (4) muffins non of what I ordered and paid for. So I went to the location where my order was placed gave them their unwanted items back and demanded a refund. Everytime I visit this particular dunkin donut store there is never any coffee cake muffins no mater what time in the day that I go to purchase them. Every other dunkin donuts that I visit in the neighborhood coffee cake muffins are on-site. What because they're in a low income area that they can anyway they want at this particular location NO! I want what I paid for and nothing less. Going forward I will never be a patron at that store again.
