Took my sister and 2 neices for breakfast after getting gas and found more than food inside the sandwich, there was a few long pieces of hair inbetween the bacon and eggs like it was a secret ingredient placed there on purpose, the server had nothing on their head to only to keep hair from falling into food. When we returned the sandwich demanding a refund the server was unable to complete the transaction giving excuses of not knowing the sytem as if he was new and untrained forcing us to get something else or take a complete loss. We decided on a cool drink instead only to see insects visibly on the pumpkin spice donuts leaving spices of their own and appearing stuck and glued to the treats. Completey unacceptable, they really deserve 1/2 a star at best and to be shut down or have new management and staff...

Their website advertised coffee cake muffins and I ordered them cost me $12.49 but to my surprise when I received my delivery there were (4) muffins non of what I ordered and paid for. So I went to the location where my order was placed gave them their unwanted items back and demanded a refund. Everytime I visit this particular dunkin donut store there is never any coffee cake muffins no mater what time in the day that I go to purchase them. Every other dunkin donuts that I visit in the neighborhood coffee cake muffins are on-site. What because they're in a low income area that they can anyway they want at this particular location NO! I want what I paid for and nothing less. Going forward I will never be a patron at that...

Its ok, with mixed customer service. Guess it depends on who is working at the time. Be careful with some of the customers who enter there as well. I don't always feel comfortable while in there. Have had a couple of run-ins with potential issues, non-customer service related.
UPDATE: This place is going down ward in service. Charging for items that you haven't bought. Not to mention don't refund the money but give you a credit for their mistakes. Also was given ROTTEN FOOD, and was not reimbursed for it was told it wasn't their fault because that's how it was sent to them🤯 Stand clear of there if possible. The manager is iffy VERY IFFY!
