Dunkin' — Restaurant in New York

The first thing I noticed when I looked into the glass case filled with ice cream were two ice popsicles protruding from the vanilla ice cream. This prompted me to look up and see where they were coming from. I noticed that the glass case above had mold and moisture dripping onto the vanilla ice cream. I pointed it out to two employees, who told me they would inform their supervisors. One of the employees then proceeded to wipe the mold off with a paper towel and scooped ice cream only from the area where the two popsicles had formed.

I have a toddler who I bring to baskin Robin's occasionally, and to see that me feel sick to my stomach. This is a major health risk. I understand things happen, but I feel like the proper actions that should have been taken were to remove the container with the vanilla ice cream and for employees to properly...

This morning when I went into this location. I was trying to order with the person behind the counter. I said "good morning" to the person behind the counter, and she looks at me like I said "F U". As I was trying to order, she was trying to guess what I want, and input it into her computer before I can finish my sentence. When she realized that she couldn't guess my order right, she rolled her eyes and told me please say it this way. And I told why don't you let me finish my sentence next time. And then she just walks away without taking my order. I will tell all my friends, family, and customers about this location. This is outrageous how this location treats customers. Worst customer service. An Indian girl she is always disrespectful to not just me but to everyone. It feels like she is forced to serve us and do her work and along an Indian boy wearing glasses. Oh my god he does the bare minimum. So disrespectful with the eye looks and under the breathe words. So disrespectful and I don’t think I’ll ever come to this branch again even tho it’s really near to my house. THE WORST WORKERS WORK THERE. I just can’t believe why they’re not fired.
