I gi here all the time and for the first time my iced caramel latte was really light I saw the guy pour basically the whole cup with milk, tried to give it to me I then told him may he please somehow fix it, too light for my liking, he then yelled so much. People want peace in the morning with their breakfast they paid for, not yelling and complication. I will never buy anything from there first of all. The worker phone rang and he picked it up and a whole conversation right in front of me and then I ask him can I have a box because I want to order 5 donuts . Then he tell me the box is only for 6 . Welp since his customer service sucks I left with only with one donut. I didn’t even want to spend money there....

Order iced tea, they accidentally made a hot tea which is not a big deal. When I corrected them, they proceeded to tell me that it’s actually 50cents more.
