Worst experience! I purchased a dozen donuts which was $15.99 , you would expect them to be fresh or close to fresh for the price. What really got me mad was not only did they give me four of the wrong donuts but the only donuts that weren't stiff were the wrong four I didn't order. If I didn't just drive home on the highway for 15 minutes I would of went back and demanded my money back . I called and spoke to a employee named Nick who told me a manager wasn't in for me to talk to but to return the four donuts for the correct donuts tomorrow. I tried to make the best of it and what a surprise when I took a bite into the Jelly donut and every other type of the donuts I orderd all were the exact same stiff not fresh. I thought ok it's 3:48 in the afternoon but it's Dunkin donuts not a deli that gets them delivered in the morning. I spent $21.85 and the only thing that was fresh was the coffee. I drove over and there was 20 minutes left until closing but the front doors were locked and the employee just looked at me and said sorry. I looked at the sign next to the door and it said closing is at 11 and I was there 20 minutes before then. I then went to the drive thru because surely they must be taking drive thru orders but no. They didn’t even respond. As someone whose worked in a coffee shop for 6 years I can understand how annoying customers can be who come close to closing but just closing the doors 20 minutes early and just sitting on the counter in full uniform on your phone is insane. Read moreThe workers at this Dunkin’ are life savers. We had an issues with a mobile order, where I accidentally placed an order instead of reviewing it. Unfortunately, the order was incorrect and I had ordered 4x Lattes instead of two. For whatever reason, you are unable to cancel a mobile order placed on the Dunkin’ app, so I had to call customer support. After a bunch of back and forth over the span of half an hour, we ended up nowhere as the customer representatives said that they were unable to cancel the order.
Thankfully, the in-store worker came in clutch and offered to replace the 2x extra Lattes with a different item. He allowed us to get half a dozen donuts instead for our troubles.
