01/2025 update: was recently followed throughout the store by employees on the weekend. One worker stopped by at least 3 times to see if I âneeded helpâ after already saying no and checked me up and down each time. Another employee ran from wherever she was to grab the display perfumes from in front of me to put them away as I was comparing the scents. This woman was also very loud and cursing the whole time I was there. They made for a very uncomfortable experience and felt discriminated against as the only people of color in the store. Wound up going to another Ulta just over the bridge for a much more pleasant experience.

   Read moreI have never had a good experience at this location. I was in there today 11/09 at 7 PM. I was the only customer in the store. I was in the cologne section for about 10 minutes, And all of the staff were in the front At the registers talking and laughing amongst themselves. Not one of them came over to ask if I needed help. I called the manager for corporates number and she couldnât care less. She said do you want it now? She Proceeded to give me the number and then hung up with no apology. Iâve been ignored at this location on more than one occasion. If This is how they train their Employees to deal with customers, They are going to lose a lot of business. I will not...
