OK. So I start a new job this week. They didn’t like the boots I was already wearing during training. So I had to grab a decent set of waterproof boots quickly. So I went to Skechers. I get an employee discount from the new job. This location here? They were having a sale. Buy stuff and get the next one 50% off. My new job Discount is 30% off. I’m a single dad moneys tight. So I was trying to figure out how I could finagle it, to save every penny possible. The young lady at the register? Her name was Alicia. Lovely young lady. Extremely helpful. She rang things up different ways at my request. Trying to figure out how I could walk out with the most money still in my pocket. It was greatly appreciated. She had a giant smile on her face. She was really friendly. The store was spotless. This girl should be management. I’ll come here again, and give Skechers more of my money. Not even thinking about the quality of the boots yet. I’ll come back here and spend more money since this girl was so nice and helpful....

Today, i went there to buy a pair of work shoes with my husband and daughter. We took a while to select the shoes and their sizes for myself and my daughter. After everything when we went for billing, the lady staff there said to her colleague that some customers switch boxes of costly shoes with low priced ones and come for billing so they should always check before billing. I agree it is relevant to train your colleague describing different possibilities of fraudulence during billing but that was an impolite way to do so in front of a customer. She might not have any bad intention but her comment was very insensitive. Probably this conversation between her and her colleague could have happened privately and not in front of a customer. I would like to give a benefit of doubt to her but I am not sure if she would have said the same in front of a...

Absolutely horrible, staff does NOT Respect their customers. My mother was at the location, and had a question about a posted sale. She was met with an overly rude employee, who grabbed the sale sign and said “this doesn’t belong here” and ran into the back. My mother asked to see the manager, the employee first refused to get the manager saying “i don’t know if she’s in”. After insisting to see the manager, the manager was magically found. The manger came out already annoyed that she had to speak to a customer. Insisted she had no idea what was happening, and proceeded to lie about the promotion.
