Normally, I do not write any negative review no matter how unpleasant person or problem I encounter because we all are human beings and human beings make mistakes. However, the experience I have had at this Dunkin' Donut located at 166-01 Northern Blvd. Flushing is the worst one in life. What happened was that having taken a long walk after dinner, I felt a bit thirsty, so I just stopped by this Dunkin where I have visited for several times on weekends during this summer. Today when I entered it there were two adults with some children in the line. I had wore my headset and listening to music hence I did not pay much attention to the surrounding. While I was enjoying my music suddenly I noticed that a woman in front of me just showed a sign probably trying to tell me that they were done, and moved away. Then I ordered an iced tea with Lemon. My receipt showed that Medium size ice-tea cost $2.49. Then I asked with curiosity why it cost that much and explained that other Dunkin Donuts cost $1.95 for this size at specific time. I said it with a joking attitude since I drink iced tea with lemon quite often. And I know the price. It was not that I am a tightfisted man nor am I too poor to afford a cup of iced tea. I was just curious for the reason why it was so. Then there was a bony dude with Bangladesh descend looking, whose parents probably be the first generation immigrants, standing behind the counter. Actually, the cashier, unlike the bony guy, was a very nice and understandable girl, she is probably from a nice family. I can tell the way she acts and treats the customers. Then the bony dude started mocking me with a strange tone, telling me that this store is unlike other Dunkins, and the prices are different from others. Then I said I visited this store several times and the price for a medium size was $.1.95 which is same as other Dunkins in Flushing area. Then he told me so rudely that I could go to long island and Queens, but here the price was that. Then I asked him why he told me to go to Long island and queens. If the price was that then it was fine with me. And one reason why I asked the price was that I had been this store several times before. He told me that he was always in this store and had never seen me beforfe. He sound that I was a lair. Then he started to threaten me: "You f* get of here, otherwise I will call Cops." Excuse me, call cops! Actually, I had a nice walk and felt good before I entered the Dunkin, but because of his attitude and savage behavior, I did not feel to drink anything there, probably would resist instinctively going to Dunkin Donuts again in the future. This is one of the the worst experiences I have had as a customer. I will never go there...
Read moreWednesday before Thanksgiving day my Children had a celebration at school and they want to share a donut with their classmates. We went at 8 am to order donuts on our way to school. We had to wait for 15 min looking at the donuts . The kids were excited to see all the donuts’ rack full of donuts with Thanksgiving sparkle colors. There were 3 employees. When I looked back there were 5 more people waiting. This Lady started to flirt with customer she called “Mike” and even skipped the line of 3 customers behind us, served him coffee “the way he wanted” she was talking so loud that we all heard her birthday is coming on Tuesday after Thanksgiving. We were placed on the side “TO WAIT” for the donuts so the other server could process the customer behind us. I agreed, I thought “it’s thanksgiving” not a biggie ! The server processed 2 orders and then came back to us. Then, the show started. This Lady very rude took all the racks of donuts, pushed the other sever and removed the donuts from the front leaving the donuts rack empty. The server was in shock without items to serve and stared and her co-worker. This lady didn’t care and said, oh I’m sorry or anything. Just said Oh you are too late ( to me? Really? I kindly let her co-worker to take 2 more customers ) and started to sing in my children’s face. It’s late, it’s late. You are too late. And was laughing at us. My children and I felt insulted, mistreated, and uncomfortable. They just say choose other donuts - they were not good donuts -I hope someone can review the cameras and do something to this lady and teach her some customer skills. This happened on 11/24/21 at...
Read moreVery good place, very friendly staff. Excellent service, great atmosphere, food is great, great place for your coffee and sweets. I highly recommend this place for all. You will be more than happy and satisfied. Dunkin donuts 166th street and northern Blvd. Lately this place hasn't been kept clean like it used to be. No napkins, customers have to ask, floors are dirty at times, garbage cans over flowing at times, I know it's not easy dealing with customers but cleanest is very important to prevent any form of illness. The thing that bothered me recently was I found a jacket hanging on the chair outside, I brought it inside this dunkin donuts and one of the staff got an attitude which I didn't take seriously or make a big deal, but Apparently another customer witnessed it and filed a complaint against the staff and right away I was being falsely accused of writing such letter without any evidence whatsoever. That bothered me, they get in trouble and it's my fault. This is how people are today, blaming the wrong person for everything. If I would write any letters, good or bad I would always put my name on it ,because that's who I am. Especially if it involves certain issues of concern. I don't need to hide my identity from...
