I placed an order of egg fried rice with broccoli in extra brown sauce. When I received the order it did not have the extra sauce though she specifically charged me extra. I called the restaurant back to inform her that the order was wrong and she responded “you can’t just eat it like that?”. I was appalled by how rude the staff was. I ordered a simple chicken & broccoli meal and it was really good! Best ive had in the neighborhood. And the customer service here is on point! The lady that took my order over the phone was super nice! Even the delivery guy was super polite. Thats not usually the case with the chinese stores in this area so i really appreciated that.
