El Mangú Resaurant — Restaurant in New York

If I could give it 10 negative stars I would, they have the worst customer service, I ordered by seamless a main course, an order of rice and a dessert, at 11:00 PM It is supposed that if you do not have all the items you just call the customer and let them know, so the customer decides if they want to change the order or cancel the order. However, the woman behind the counter decided that it was a very good idea to only send me a portion of white rice and the dessert, without telling me she canceled the item on line. So I called very upset to ask why they didn't call me to let me know, maybe I’d have can change the main course, because logically I was waiting for it, to which she cheekily and sarcastically said: yes my love, I should have called you, but I didn't, I'm sorry, and we closed, we don’t have more delivery service for today. 🤬 The order was $30 so I added $6 tip, but when they canceled the item, the order price changed to $10 but the tip continued being $6 still, that means I payed more than 50% tip and all because of this woman's “audacity”. could you imagine how annoying this would be if your bill has some zeros more? Don’t waste your money *be very careful because when I contacted seemless they didn't...

This Mangu located at Kingsbridge in the Bronx is among the worst when it comes to getting your order correct. They never have what they advertise and you always get the wrong food. I used to order from them because the food was not that bad however the constant mistakes with their orders made me stop ordering from them for a while...Today I tried again and no surprise they got the order wrong again and to add insult to injury the food was just awful...the soap was salty as hell and so was the substitute chicken ...really bad , do not know what the rice tasted like because I did not order rice and beans ...so I threw it out. The sandwich for my kid was nasty tasting on soggy bread. awful just awful I do not recommend ordering from this place to boot their prices are off the charts for the terrible service they give and salty nasty tasteless food. They are lucky I gave them one star and that is for answering...

I placed an order at 5:26pm very simple just rice beans and chicken. I was told it would be about 40mins and I said fine it’s not a problem. An hour passed and I called restaurant which they are always lost and never know where anything is. The person told me give the delivery a few mins because it had already left, again I said fine. Another 30mins passed and no food I call the restaurant again and ask what is going on. The guy that picked up again had no idea what happened to my food and just said I would call the delivery guy and just hung up on me. He never offered to find out anything and give me an answer or even call me back. More that 2hrs had passed and no delivery ever came and I had to order somewhere else. This ppl are very unorganized and unprofessional. I only gave 1 star because is not possible to...
