El Nuevo Amanecer — Restaurant in New York

This particular place is actually really really good it's been open for quite some time now the food is pretty good the drinks are wonderful and I would definitely try a margarita I'll try some type of Frozen drink please be careful with the frozen drinks because more than two will get you feeling more than nice the food is excellent and they do give you a nice abundance of a little bit of everything the rice and beans are both pretty much rice and beans nothing good nothing great some of the other articles on the menu are just extremely phenomenal I highly recommended when you're in the city please stop in the place is great it's downtown they even have seating they have outside seating the bathrooms are clean and they do a pretty good job this is a place I go to with my brother most of the time when I'm in the city highly recommended give it five stars all around but one day I place the order by the time I get home the food it opened up in the back because they had no plastic that's with my only concern make sure that if you get some takeout food with them they wrap it up really well especially if you have to travel have a great day please hit the like button and subscribe to my...

The food is good but the staff aren’t pleasant to be around. They take forever to take your order. Yesterday, I had the waitress who always has a bun and a hat on.. my cousin and I picked up on her attitude the minute we arrived. I’ve always noticed an attitude from her prior to yesterday’s experience but I’ve never said anything about it. Yesterday I noticed how she kept accommodating these guys that were seated and eating… kept going to their table to make sure they had everything they wanted, was too busy laughing and flirting with them to check on my cousin and I. I had to become rude in exchange for her behavior because I was fed up. She didn’t check on my cousin and I not even once, I had to rudely get her attention. She also asked us for a vaccine card in order for us to be seated inside which is RIDICULOUS because NO OTHER RESTAURANT OR BUSINESS implemented that policy YET. Overall, she has an attitude with women but is extremely friendly and accommodating to the men. We don’t need to deal with workers who give their customers a hard or unpleasant time....

I was there last night with my family, 7 of us, and we're regulars going there long before their current employees have been working there. I was dissatisfied that the wait for a table was over half hour when there were people arriving after us already seated. Also, we arrived before 6pm when it was still daylight and the food was served to us when the place was practically empty hours later at night, not to mention the huge waterbug cockroach that landed on my niece where even the waiter serving us instead of helping jumped on a chair and after I tell her about it she had the nerve to say, there's nothing we could do about that instead of apologizing, despite the horrible service we were already experiencing as if she had no customer service experience, not to mention the dried, burnt maduros that they served us as if we don't know what maduros are supposed to look like.
