Emilio's Pizza — Restaurant in New York

Why would you take a food order for pick up and not tell your customers you are closed? I placed an order today, I was told give you 15-20 mins. My daughter goes to collect the food and they are closed.

How do you expect to maintain or keep a business if you do things like this to your customers, I’ve been a residence and avid supporter of your business my whole life and to advertise that you are open for business till 9pm on Sundays but then you are closed while taking an order is mind boggling to me.

I call back you don’t answer your phone, my child is at the door you deny her services. Aside from that disgusting little ceasar’s You are the nearest authentic pizzeria on this side of kingsbridge and this is how ya’ll do business? Not me, ever...

I stopped going there years ago when they raised their price up to $2.50 for a slice. I don't play when it comes to raising prices on food, I don't care what it is. There are other pizza shops in the Kingsbridge Road area that cost $2 and taste better than this one. Also, when they noticed that I don't go in there no more, the people that work there stopped saying hi to me when they see me outside on Kingsbridge.

UPDATE November 2021: Now the regular slices are $3.25 and that's too much for a slice of pizza. Thank goodness I don't go in there anymore and you are all better off going down the block to "Brother's Pizza" where it's still $2.50 and are much nicer people. Stay away from...

I haven’t had a chance to try their food yet, but I’m giving this rating for customer service. After my GrubHub account was hacked and my credit card was being used for lucrative food purchases, I called Emilio’s to try to save them the time and product from the fraudulent order that was placed. While they weren’t able to rectify the issue because it was a GrubHub problem, the man I spoke with on the phone originally called me back after GrubHub finally cancelled the order to let me know it had been cancelled and my card wouldn’t be charged. He was super concerned about me and very pleasant despite my frustration. Much appreciated and impressed by him going above and beyond...
