Each member of the staff is a consummate professional, exuding warmth and hospitality at every turn. Anticipating the needs of patrons with an almost telepathic prowess, the staff ensures that every whim is catered to with aplomb.Culinary Symphony: The pièce de résistance at Gastronomique Delights is, undoubtedly, the culinary symphony orchestrated by the maestro behind the stove. Meanwhile, the beef tartare, enlivened with capers and shallots, offers a bold and robust introduction to the feast that lies ahead.Main Course: As the crescendo builds, the main course emerges as the pièce de résistance, offering a symphony of flavors that captivate the senses. The roasted duck breast, with its crackling skin and succulent flesh, is a triumph of culinary finesse, accompanied by a decadent cherry jus that lends a touch of sweetness to the dish. Equally impressive is the grilled sea bass, its flesh delicate and flaky, adorned with a vibrant salsa verde that sings of summer.Desserts: No epicurean odyssey would be complete without a denouement of decadent desserts, and Gastronomique Delights delivers in spades. The chocolate soufflé, with its ethereal rise and velvety interior, is a study in indulgence, while the lemon tart, with its puckering citrus curd and buttery crust, offers a refreshing conclusion to the meal. Each bite is a revelation, a testament to the pastry chef's mastery of the sweet arts. Conclusion: In a world where mediocrity often reigns supreme, Gastronomique Delights stands as a bastion of culinary excellence, a shrine to the art of gastronomy in its purest form. From the first sip to the final crumb, every moment spent within its hallowed halls is an affirmation of life's greatest pleasures. For those who seek not just sustenance, but transcendence, Gastronomique Delights is a beacon of hope in a world hungry...

Empire Steak House in Manhattan is an absolute gem that redefines the steakhouse experience. From the moment you walk in, you're enveloped in an atmosphere of classic elegance, with rich wood paneling, plush seating, and a warm, inviting ambiance. The service is impeccable, with staff that is both attentive and knowledgeable, ensuring that your dining experience is nothing short of exceptional.

The star of the show, of course, is the steak. Cooked to perfection, the cuts are top-tier, juicy, and bursting with flavor. Whether you go for the signature Porterhouse or the ribeye, you're in for a treat that melts in your mouth. But the menu doesn’t stop at steak—the seafood is fresh and expertly prepared, and the side dishes, like the truffle mac and cheese and creamed spinach, are the perfect complements.

The wine list is extensive, offering a range of options that pair beautifully with any meal. Desserts are equally impressive; the cheesecake is a must-try, rich and creamy with a perfect crust.

The Empire Steak House is not just a meal; it's an experience. Whether you're celebrating a special occasion or simply indulging in a night out, this is the place to go. It’s a slice of New York luxury that lives up to its name.

The staff at Empire Steak House truly sets the standard for what exceptional service should be. From the moment we were greeted at the door, it was clear that we were in for an extraordinary dining experience. The level of professionalism and genuine warmth displayed by each team member made us feel welcomed and valued throughout the entire evening.

Our server was not only incredibly knowledgeable about the menu but also took the time to understand our preferences, offering personalized recommendations that elevated our meal to the next level. They were attentive without being intrusive, always there when needed but never hovering. The timing of each course was impeccable, and the attention to detail—from ensuring our glasses were always full to making sure we had everything we needed—was flawless.

Even the small touches, like remembering our names and checking in to ensure everything was to our satisfaction, made the experience feel personalized and special. The entire staff worked seamlessly together, creating an atmosphere that was both relaxed and luxurious.

It's rare to find a restaurant where the service is as memorable as the food, but Empire Steak House achieves just that. The staff's dedication to providing a first-class experience is evident in every interaction, making dining here not just a meal, but a truly...

Came here for valentine’s day dinner. Things started off great at the reception desk we got seated quickly with our reservation. This isn’t my first steak house, so right away I knew something was just off. Our waiter although nice seemed to be taking care of all the tables. So it was kinda hard to get his attention regarding questions. A man offered us more bread my BF said yes and after paying the bill still no more bread lol. We followed the valentines day dinner menu bc everything we wanted was on that specific menu. It was supposed to come with Prosecco but we didnt get it till after our dinner (you have to ask them when you want it…strange) We also got some cocktails and before we could even try them a waiter knocked into our table and half our drinks splashed all over the table and got on my BFs sweater. We laughed it off but Benjamin’s would never! Lol. The same waiter came back and threw two napkins over each splash zone…lol huh? Im not just paying for food I’m paying for good service a new table should have been offered (again Benjamins would neverrrrr) I got the new york strip and even though I ordered medium my jaw was sore after the first bite. My BF got the bone in ribeye but it was burnt on top chewy in the middle. Idk we were confused. For sides we got mashed potatoes they were ok nothing special not even a little green onion sprinkled on top. We got steak fries they were ok too. Got cold quick. And then we ordered separately some mac n cheese (a must every time we go to a steak house) it was sub par. Kinda like kraft mac n cheese but in a nice bowl. We had to remind them about the desserts we had ordered. Tiramisu was actually pretty good my BFs cheesecake looked fake like made of playdoh but he says it was good so take that as you will. The fire alarm started going off mid dinner…LOL prob from burning the steaks. Bill time and all that totaled to $448. My BF noted they charged us for the Prosecco as if it was additional and not included. I hate when they mess up with the bill (it’s the little things that bug me). Overall, if you want to take your sugar to a nice steakhouse id say Benjamin’s for food or Mortons for service. If you wanna try Empire, just go to Longhorn LOL same food for a quarter...

Brought my wife here for her birthday. Empire Steak was on my list of "must go" places while visiting NYC. The place has fantastic online reviews and our experience surpassed even the best online review. All their steak is dry-aged 28 days. For consumers of dry-age, you know its not all the same. This was, without a doubt the best 28 day dry age ribeye i have ever had. I could smell the dry age when it came to the table, and i knew it would be good. I eat steak 5-7 nights a week and half the time its dry aged. I don't purchase from grocery stores, i only order the best i can find online from the most reputable purveyors.....so I feel quite qualified to make that assessment. Next, the crust on the steak was absolutely perfect as was the entire cook on the steak. One of the best steaks i ever had. Our server, ARDIE, was just awesome. He was attentive, informative and really a pleasure just to talk to. I felt like i had a new best friend by the end of dinner......thats just how engaging he is. I cant imagine a better server anywhere and he is a proud employee of Empire.....just what you want as a customer. He suggested the french onion soup and it was the best i ever had. My wife had branzino and it was gorgeous. The manager AL, came by multiple times and was so friendly and didn't rush us at all even though it was late. Look, Empire Steak is a 10 on a scale 1-5. I highly recommend the place and i will be back as soon as i can. Ask for Ardie, he is the best. Dont miss it, you will not be disappointed. Note: we went to the 237 W 54th street location. Be warned that the Times Square location apparently does not have a full bar, only beer and wine.
