If you like a good proportion of boba and a balanced taste, KOI is your spot. It's my new favorite spot, and I legitimately would choose to go here over Boba Guys and Yifang. Don't get me wrong, Boba Guys probably have the most quality ingredients and Yifang has a great selection, but KOI wins in a minimalist way and really speaks to the purist in me. The Golden Bubble Milk Tea reminds me of my childhood.

In a sea of too-sweet-junk-food boba (ahem, Coco), stingy boba proportions (ahem, Kung Fu Tea) and absolute trash (ahem, ViVi), it's so refreshing to find a spot like this that delivers...

First time I've seen 50Lan on the east coast since I moved out of the city - it was very nice. The cashier even did the respectful two-handed hand over receipt thing which I was pleasantly surprised by.

The golden boba was tasty honeyish fragrant and just the right amount of chewy, my 70% sugar and less-ice order was a generously perfect ratio of boba to tea.

Extremely delicious! I got the Jasmine Green Tea with Golden Boba Pearls (all-natural cane sugar tapioca). Very refreshing!
