The jian bing was disappointing. The crispy noodle was fried in old oil and was super greasy. They were so stingy with the scallions & cilantro that I couldn’t even taste it and I had to go back and ask them to put more in. The sauce was not that spicy or tasty. We also tried the Peking duck stuffed one and there was a decent amount of duck but not sure I would pay the $5 difference next time. They were fast and efficient with the order taking. They really need to change the jianbing packaging from a paper bag to a plate. It's too hard to eat jianbing vertically. The fillings fall out, and you can't really hold it like a burrito because the egg layer is on the outside.

The crepe was delicate with egg and sesame seeds, the cilantro and bean paste packed a flavorful punch, and the crispy wafer provided texture. Additionally, fresh crunchy greens were added making this an absolutely sensational snack! Also, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. I will be back to try more things...
