UPDATE : I decided to give this place another try based on my friendās advice. It does get a little crowded but the line goes quick . I was greeted with smiles as soon as I got to the front of the line. I got my order taken with no issues. I must say the service the second time and third time around was great . everyone has been so nice even including one of the owners . I have tried so far the Forest cafe latte And the lavender Matcha latte both were really good. I definitely recommend . Im glad I gave this place another try . They might just become my regular coffee spot now ! I prefer cafĆ©s over traditional Starbucks any day lol .

regardless of how good the coffee may be . I went to this establishment for the first time today . As I have always wanted to try it my friend loves it . I did not have a great experience and Iām not happy. My order was taken by the girl who works the register with curly red hair ,tall and skinny . She takes my order . And after im done ordering completely turns around dismisses me and tells me thank you with her back completely turned to me rude !!!! She didnāt give me the price or anything I ended up using Apple Pay through my phone tapping it and moving out the way . 2 white customers who were behind me ordered she ended up treating them so nicely giving them compliments gave one of them a compliment on her shirt and it was a completely regular plain shirt . it gives a little racist being that I am of color and was not treated the same . Not sure if Iāll come back , as im very selective on where i spend my hard...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreIced Ube Latte with Oatmilk/1 pump of Organic Maple Syrup Earl Grey Cookie
At first sip, I was able to taste the pleasant ube notes followed by the creamy/nuttiness of the oat milk. The organic maple syrup was adjusted from the original 3-pump recommendation to one which made it the perfect ānot too sweetā taste I prefer.
For next time though, I would adjust my milk choice from oat to almond to taste more of the ube essence. After a while, it became tough to distinguish between the ube and oat milk flavors.
The early grey cookie was surprisingly more pungent than I thought it would be. (In a good way) It came with two melted squares of milk/dark chocolate. I could taste some pops of flakey salt as well.
Overall, I enjoyed both items. The environment and design of the cafe were quite lovely to catch up with friends or get some work done. I came in on a busy Saturday and did not have a seat besides the two benches available by the window. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable when recommending alternative milk and sweetener levels.
I would love to come back again for their seasonal drinks such as the cherry...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreForest cafe has become a staple for our little splurge days. The coffee is A1, my go to is the forest latte but the blueberry latte is amazing. I think that for the most part all of the employees are friendly and have great customer service. Iāve chatted with one of the owners once and they were super nice. Love that they are involved!! The music is perfection here, Iām always like āare they on my Spotify?ā The reason why I canāt commit to a full 5 stars is due to a couple of things. For one, the pricing is insane which is why I emphasize āsplurgeā day. Iām also not a fan of the $10 stamp cards because 1 coffee doesnāt get you a stamp since tip isnāt included but Iām religiously spending $20 each visit and you have to get 10 stamps for 1 free drink, so if you do the math⦠The last reason, which they cannot control, is that itās so crowded all the time. Just too many people and it would be so nice to have dine in mugs/cups. I do like that they prohibit laptop use on weekends at the tables though. 100%...
