Would NOT recommend for a rush covid pcr test. Registration process was very quick. Scanned two QR codes. Registration was a bit complex for those who are not tech savvy. I was brought in and received my nasal swab fairly quickly. Do not expect any privacy during the test. People were in and out of the room during the testing process. I was told that I would have my results the following morning. The following morning I didn't receive any results. I called the lab that was responsible for processing the test. Lab did not receive any specimen. Then after being put on an extensive hold the lab representative told me that the specimens were just picked up from the clinic and it would take another 8 hours to get my results. I called the clinic and they proceeded to lie and tell me that they need more time to figure out what's going on, but when I confirmed with them that the lab just told me the specimen were just picked up, they pretended that they were unaware of such pick up. Went in and there was no one at reception. The lady that sits by reception didn’t even acknowledge that I was there, she simply ignored me. Of course when a white lady comes in AFTER me, the lady sitting next to reception goes to get the receptionist and they assist the lady that was there after me first. When I was finally acknowledged, I told them I wanted to check in with my doctor and they tell me she’s no longer there. Wow. Isn’t it their responsibility to let me know before I waste my time and come all the way out?! No? Ok. Then I ask them for a copy of a referral and my physical and they say “sweetie it’s been over 3 months we don’t have it” in the most condescending manner I’ve ever had someone speak to me. Really disappointed in their qualify of care.They have consistently demonstrated to me that they do not appreciate minorities such as myself coming in. I am a 17 year year old who recently had COVID. When I started getting better I was told to get tested again to see if I have a negative result. This was the first place I saw so I decided to go here. When I got there they said that they don’t take people under 18 which made me very upset. I just wanted to make sure I was finally free of COVID so I can see my Family again after so long and because of my age they couldn’t even let me do that.
