Fork & Key — Restaurant in New York

My school recently had the pleasure of using Folk and Key catering services, and I must say, the experience was nothing short of exceptional. The highlight of the meal was undoubtedly the chicken wings, which were perfectly seasoned and crispy. The sides were equally impressive. The yams were sweet, the collard greens were very flavorful, and the beans and rice were hearty. The macaroni and cheese, however, stole the show. Creamy, cheesy, and baked to golden perfection, it was the ultimate comfort food that left a lasting impression. The professionalism at Folk and Key was outstanding. The staff were attentive and courteous, ensuring that our order would be delivered hot and to our school on time. Overall, Folk and Key offers delicious, well-prepared dishes with exceptional service. I ordered from this place two separate times believing it to be a different place. I was quite disappointed both times. If you go out of your way to confuse customers, I'm going out of my way to give my honest feedback. So i ordered some chicken and French fries on Uber eats and when it came the French fries and chicken was soggy with no seasoning.

This restaurant lied about their name on Uber Eats as “ chuck university “, I searched it up on google and it doesn’t exist. Then I looked at my receipt and it’s said the ACTUAL name of the restaurant. Not only the restaurant has awfully unseasoned soggy food but it is also deceiving people and lying about their name on Uber Eats to have a good reputation.

Warning: don’t order online from this place or dine in, you will be very disappointed. This restaurant needs to be shutdown immediately. The food is absolutely terrible and disgusting.
