Gina's Pizza — Restaurant in New York

It was so upsetting with my delivery today. I figured we eat pizza while watching tv with my family. I called GINA’S PIZZERIA. I was not very satisfied with the customer service provided to me today. I waited almost an hour the delivery man ran the wrong bell but that is acceptable. The cherrie on the cake was that who ever took my order over the phone was rude keeper putting me on hold not concentrating on my order. He wrote down the number wrong and wrong delivery instructions. I called to ask him how long it will take. He told me a couple of minutes. When I received my pizza it was a disaster. The cheese was all over the place on the sides of the box. I then call him and he was rude saying no one is perfect and that it was the delivery persons fault. His communication skills are so rude. I told him that this pizza was unacceptable. I ask him what now . I told him I waited an hour for the pizza and now I will have to wait another hour. That’s bad business. I actually liked this pizzeria but after todays bad service and treatment. I guess it’s time to look for a new place. It’s actually very sad because they have good pizza. However they need to learn how to talk to people and learn manners . I guess a training in customer service and how to be respectful to others. They need to learn the GOLDEN RULE SPECIALLY IF THEY PRETEND TO STAY IN BUSINESS. My dinner ruined pizza straight in the trash. Will...

I had just recently moved into the neighborhood and let me tell you the food is absolutely amazing! The first time I had ordered a pizza pie my husband messed up the pizza but that didn't stop me from eating it lol. It tasted great and the second time we got pizza it got cold but it still was great and the third time we had ordered at home and I was extremely hooked! I had placed a few more orders after that and it just gets better and tastier each time. I would give you guys 10 stars because it's the best pizza I've had in a long time and I'm from Brooklyn. Around my old neighborhood the pizza isn't as good as Gina's Pizza. You can tell that they make their food with love and hard work. Thank you so much for making me and my family happy...

Your kindness, patience, and accommodation of our large group of 15-20 youngsters made the day truly special. The kids had a blast creating their own pizza pies and enjoying the delicious results.
