I tell everyone to stop spending a fortune on restaurants that are over rated just because it's located in Park Slope, Brooklyn... Come here and get food that is actually satisfying and reasonably priced. No paying extra for exaggerated decor that no one cares about. I live in Brooklyn and have been to almost every hot spot in Park Slope and very few can compare to grand canyon when it comes to "real" food... first of all, the burgers! You've never had a burger until you've had one from grand canyon, that's a fact! Hand made, real beef, every style you can think of. There's something for everyone. The whole menu is delicious but the burgers are above and beyond. The staff is so friendly, you feel like you're eating in your own backyard when dining in one of their 2 outdoor options, and in your own home when u dine indoors. They don't have a fully stocked bar but they do have the basics and a nice variety of wines. You must try the gyro quesadilla with...

Guess what... right after this picture I give it a try and hell yeah it was hot! I ask what could we do to fix it this inconvenience... Rude ignorant guy approached to me and said, Iām sorry but all Mexican food is spicy, you should know that, and Iām gonna have to charge you for it because is already cooked (excuse me... who in the whole entire world ever mentioned not paying for my food? ) I didnāt hate the food as much as the nasty attitude of this person and the cooks that were making fun of me because I wasnāt man enough to eat spicy food! Bullies on top of of that!
End of the story they never change my food, didnāt do nothing to fix it, still had to pay for it and gave my nasty attitude! I WOULD NEVER COME BACK OR RECOMMEND THIS...

I offered to find a reasonably priced place and found this little diner. Southwestern theme, lots of mexican dishes plus regular diner fare. Wife had nachos with chicken and I ordered some kind of burger with Russian dressing and selected to go with waffle fries (2.50$ extra) instead of regular fries. Portions were huge, we shared dishes and loved the food. No room for dessert, barely got up from the table as is. Friendly staff, waiter spoke english so he could explain the mexican menu to us. This is a small diner, with usual diner atmosphere, nothing special, nothing negative. All as expected. I appreciated no loud music blasting overhead, so we could relax and eat and talk. Definitely will come back again to try other...
