Great Wall Place — Restaurant in New York

I ordered numerous times from this restaurant in the store. The one time I ordered for delivery, the delivery lady called me when she so-called arrived telling me “Order Hurry Up” and then she hung up on me before I can say anything. When I went downstairs to meet her, she was not outside. I was waiting about 10 mins. I then called her to see what was her eta. She picked up the phone yelling “I left cause you was not there, I will come back now...bye”. When she came back, I took my food and I paid her the $16 dollars. As I turned my back, she yelled at me “Tip, No Tip, No Money for me”. When I told her No, she began to curse at me and yell. I will never order from them again. They will ever get my money. I see many reviews about how the lady is rude, I believe it's treat someone the way you want to be treated. She is a sweetheart if you know her, she tough but it's all love. Think how many people try to hassle her on the daily basis, the location is next to a shelter so you could only imagine the disrespect she has to endure. Food is outstanding, service is amazing I don't have a single complaint. My wife and I order from here almost every other week, homemade ice tea is something you have to try.
