My wife and I have been customers for over a year. Food is great in my opinion but the service keeps on declining. Last order (most likely indefinitely), we asked for nachos with the sour cream on the side (wife is lactose intolerant), I called back telling them their mistake, lady on the phone tried to not send the order back with the excuse of “its pretty busy right now”. Anyways, she said they’ll send it only to for her to call back 25 minutes later asking about our order.
