Comercial Mexicana — Restaurant in New York

My wife and I have been customers for over a year. Food is great in my opinion but the service keeps on declining. Last order (most likely indefinitely), we asked for nachos with the sour cream on the side (wife is lactose intolerant), I called back telling them their mistake, lady on the phone tried to not send the order back with the excuse of “its pretty busy right now”. Anyways, she said they’ll send it only to for her to call back 25 minutes later asking about our order. I’ve worked in the restaurant industry for 10+ years, the lack of professionalism is outrageous. It’s not that hard to write down what a customers does or does not want on their food. Apparently if you don’t know Spanish you can’t be served here because I went asking for something in English and the woman at the register looked at me with a dirty look on her face and said “tu no sabes Español?” (You don’t know Spanish?) I asked for a burrito in English and she was extremely confused and even had an attitude with me saying she had no idea what I was saying. I ordered food from this place and when it came it was the wrong order and the delivery guy also overcharged me and when I paid him he lost $30 that i paid. And when he asked for the $30 and plus tip I just asked for a refund, they didn't give it to me and kept my money and my FOOD.
