Great Wall — Restaurant in New York

I been ordering from Great Wall for 5 years since I moved to parkchester. Best customer service compare to other companies not just Chinese restaurants. My order is always right the delivery takes a little long sometimes but that is because many people that order from them are lazy to cook but tend to complain about service and food. Someone needs to review some of these reviews because they are basically people bashing and spamming because they don’t like to pay the price the food is worth especially if you should know that prices generally are going up everyone. If real estate goes up as in their rent of course the food price will too. Educate yourself before bad mouthing a small business and get your lazy behind up...

When I would go to this place, I found that the teenage girl that sometimes manned the register would on multiple occasions attempt to ring me up at a higher price than what the bill actually was or she would short change me. The store's prices were high enough. So the fact that the girl (and I'm assuming with the owners' (her parents) knowledge), would resort to this chicanery, guaranteed that - after the latest stunt - I would never be returning to this...

No complaints about food or freshness of food. Every time I order, however, I find myself obligated to go down and pick it up in person because they can never seem to remember to put BBQ and hot sauce on my chicken wings and I'm always very specific. However, I find its the young girl who's put in charge of answering the phones who always messes it up; her [presumably] mother, is usually good about remembering. Other than that, no qualms...
