I received a call from the delivery guy stating my food was at the apartment. He called me and told me I needed to come downstairs right away because he was outside. He was yelling on the phone and told me he was not coming inside the building. When I came down, I realized I accidentally sent my food to my home instead of my work. I spoke to him and told him there was a misunderstanding and that my boyfriend was coming to pick it up in a few minutes. He had the restaurant call me to tell me he was downstairs and I explained the situation to her. She was nice about it and I told her he was down the block and coming back to the building. Once my boyfriend came back, this driver told him he needed to come to the car because he wasn't coming outside. Then, he proceeded to yell at him and berate him, telling him that he needed to give him extra money for waiting for 20 minutes (it was less than 10). He refused to give my boyfriend the food unless he gave him an extra fee ($2 for every twenty minutes he had to wait, to be exact). Then, when my boyfriend told him he didn't have cash, it was another issue. This man begrudgingly finally gave him our food after this entire ordeal and when my boyfriend finally opened the bag, all of the miso soup spilled into the bag because it was upside down and the lid wasn't sealed. Had this driver been a little kinder, we would have given him the extra tip for the mishap... But I've never in my life had someone be so rude and try to harass someone for money to...

At first, I felt that Google misled me. I'm looking for a highly recommended sushi and thai restaurant, But all I'm seeing are scary dives and unwelcoming businesses. I wanted to bail. But then we saw two doors that looked so out of place with their surroundings. These doors let us to delicious food. Wow... I loved this place. The atmosphere is so nice, with such an awesome theme and decoration style. Very "Modern Orient." I got the Drunken Noodles with beef. Great portion size and sooo good. Best I've had yet. My wife got sushi rolls and said they were fantastic. I wouldn't doubt it, as they have a sushi bar to the right of their drinks bar. My other friend got crispy basil chicken, with similar results. Our waitress, as well as everyone else, was very friendly, and she joked around with us, too. We really had a great experience in every way. I never thought a place like this would exist where it is. What...

My mom came over and was craving sushi. I'm new to the area and didn't know any place - Yelp led me to Hado.

I ordered from Seamless and got my food super quick. We ordered a bunch of different rolls and everything tasted fresh and delicious. One thing that turned me off (excuse me if I'm being a brat) is that they gave us packages of soy sauce instead of those little plastic containers. This packaged soy sauce was gross and way too salty - made the sushi taste much worse, even when mixing with wasabi. What a turn off.

Another day, hubby and I ordered Thai from here. We tried the spicy crunchy calamari, beef pad see ew, and shrimp pad thai. The calamari portion was pretty small and nothing special - however, the sauce that came with it was yummy! The pad thai and pad see ew were great! We really enjoyed it.

Glad to know we have a good sushi/thai spot in the...

Hidden gem with so much to offer both sushi or Thai cuisine. Don't be put off by the take out/paper menus. Seems many restaurants are doing that. When you walk in, the space has a dimly light ambiance if you want to sit in the booths with the lounge seats. Or for more family or large parties, sit by the back tables. On the fly, Alex and his staff worked to put together tables for 24 of us in ten minutes (I called ahead). He and his staff were attentive, brought us appetizer plates to share our food if we wanted. Our group really enjoyed the Thai curry (red, green and the massaman). Pad see ew was the most popular dish of the night and tons of sushi. Kiddos were fans of the rolls (eel avocado, California, and custom captains roll). I enjoyed my sashimi deluxe and chirashi. Thai Iced Tea was so good.

This is one of those diamond in the rough places. The kind of spot you find accidentally and you tell your closest friends because you don't want the world to know how AWESOME it is and taint it. The atmosphere is relaxed n lounge-ish, and the food is delicious and creative. There is a mix of Japanese, Thai and love in every dish. I recommend checking the place out but keeping it close to the vest.

The drinks here are good! It's a very nice upscale looking place. The first time I came here I thought I was somewhere in Manhattan. I was actually surprised, for a place like this in this neighborhood. It's definitely a hidden gem. I had the food here and it's pretty damn good. The drinks here are very good as well and aren't expensive as other places. Prices on everything seems pretty fair too.
