Coffee Cloud — Restaurant in New York

This place has been a SAFE HAVEN for many looking for a place to just simply enjoy TIME. They do not skimp out on quality EVER.

Get on the wifi... read a book... talk with fellow customers... the vibe and energy here is simply flawless. Have been going here for a bit over a year now so this ain't no "one time experience" review. This place is just nice and kind.

I do now know how they do it. Everyday, freshly baked cakes and pastries like... the guy in the kitchen is SERIOUS man. I've seen people make the exact same products he's making and other people just do not pay attention to detail like the chef at this place. (They had 2 other chefs here... so I'd know.) They found the one.

The workers here are always more than willing to accomdate for you while you stay... if you need anything just ask. They will try their best unless it's something that they simply cannot provide because it's impossible.

GREAT JOB COFFEE...

I came here last week and there was one person working, a sweet lady. She was on a call at the register but multitasked and took my order. I ordered a hot matcha latte and it was delicious. Because of this great experience I came back again for the same order. There were 2 workers this time. Both were dishoveled and the man started taking my order, then switched off mid order and a young girl took my order. I ordered this: Hot matcha tea latte 1 pump of caramel 3 pumps sugar free vanilla oat milk whip cream caramel drizzle

The girl took my order with confidence then gave me back an over fulled cup that spilled on me. Then she changed my cup and when i tasted and opened the cup ,to my surprise, she didnt even mix anything. The girl poured the matcha powder in the drink and just shook it leaving lumps and there was no whipcream. I doubt she added anything but the oatmilk. Her station was a mess and the person helping her was standing around lost. I thought this would be my new cofee spot but...

Cloud Coffee was excellent! It’s a cute little coffee shop in Queens with street parking (although the meter was broken when we were there). It has a nice light and airy vibe in there, very clean and minimalist. There’s several different sized seating options to suit various sizes of groups. I got the hot caramel latte, almond croissant and avocado toast with added bacon. And my husband got the iced caramel macchiato and brownie. Everything was very delicious! My sister mistakenly thought my husband’s drink was hers, and she accidentally drank out of it, and when we asked the lady to remake it, although she was visibly annoyed, she still remade it, which we appreciated. I watched the man meticulously and carefully make my avocado toast and when I got it, I loved the presentation. Customer service could be a tad bit friendlier, but other than that 10/10...
