Cuzco Peru — Restaurant in New York

This place is very unprofessional, starting from the manager and his employees , I been a customer there since the first day they open . In 3/31/23 I order a delivery as I usually do never had a problem until this day . I order one combo and one quarter chicken by itself I waited 45 minutes for the order to arrive, I call the restaurant and the lady that answer said it was on the way. After few minutes someone ran my bell but nobody came up . I call back the restaurant and the lady that answer notified me that the delivery was done I ask to whom because the delivery person never came up . He handle my delivery to someone was that probably coming out assuming that it was me REALLY !!!! He handle the bag with my credit card information without having a signature . I call the restaurant and ask to speak with the manager the next day because according to them the manager only work weeks day . REALLY WHAT KIND OF RESTAURANT DOESNT HAVE A MANAGER ON THE PREMISE !!!!! When I finally got to speak to him he accused of me doing this before ????? I have never had any problem nor call to request a refund . I’m getting the running around to get my refund which is the right thing to do if I never got the food . This is not much about the money is about the principal and accepting that the person who delivered the food made a mistake . He offer to give me cash but I will put disputed with the credit card so I can get my refund which is rightfully mine . BAD MANAGER , BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE they for sure...

Good food great happy hour, terrible staff. I went before and after covid both times I felt very unwelcome and uncomfortable. The lady behind the bar was far from nice and I even tipped her hoping she would be a little friendlier but she didn't even say thank you and I felt stupid. I've been here with and without my kids, alone, with my boyfriend, and its always the same thing. I keep going bad cause I dont have a lot of local options but I can't and won't be returning. Call me crazy but when I go to a restaurant by my house I like to be friendly and courteous as I go out to eat A LOT specially to local favorites. In my last and final visit she was mean ignored my 4 year old trying to say hello and thank you, didnt thank for tip, restaurant had plates of old food piled up in the empty outdoor dining and the tables inside while they chatted, and on top of that she gave me the wrong thing. Officially hate this place I was gonna call to let her know but forget it not even worth my time. I regret every dime I spent here. Shouldve taken pictures of the food plates laying around but I really was in such a great mood and wanted to be nice. Now I'm just hungry...

I’ve been to this restaurant numerous time over the course of a few years while I work nearby on my lunch break and I’ve never had an issue with the server/staff until recently. A server named Carla was extremely rude, nasty attitude, and could care less of how the customer is being treated. She got my order wrong, took an extreme amount of time to get my order (it was 1pm on a weekday and there were no other customers), responded rudely to me when I asked for utensils to eat my rice and chicken combo, and had the nerve to throw my receipt all the way across the bar deck (I sat on the opposite far side). The restaurant is great especially the food and almost all of the other servers except for the lady that works there named here “Carla”. According to many other people I’m not the only one with this terrible encounter but, I am one of the very few to write this complaint. I hope the owner/manager sees this review and takes the proper course of action regarding “Carla” if not myself including many others (including my co-workers) will make sure the resturant does not get any of our hard earned dollars due to the blatant disrespect...
