Hello Vietpho — Restaurant in New York

Everything was horrible. First when I ordered the food she was not even happy like I'm not sure if that's her face or what. Then after I ordered and pay in cash I was waiting for the change which she didn't give back but I didn't say anything since it's was only some change but still. I never went to an establishment like this because I didn't pay with credit card so not sure why she didn't want to give back change even if it's not much. Moving on to the food the pho was bad because the stuff you put in the noodles yourself and it's not on the side like most places. It's inside the noodles already so you can’t even put how much or how little you can wanted to put in your pho. Then of course I don’t like the taste after that. Also got the sandwich and not happy about it because I never seen a sandwich that looks like it’s on a diet. Definitely wouldn't come back.

Even though there were 4 people in the party, we had ordered 2 dishes to try before ordering. We aren’t sharing food. You cannot expect everyone coming in to order food at the same location since yours was a “fast food” type service. Also there is also lack of instructions for the menu and order options.

The child try a bite but didn’t like the food and didn’t eat anything. The adults were not hungry after the initial tasting and decided not to order more. Regardless of the change amount, the cashier should automatically dispense the change. I do not want your free drink and stop acting like you was sitting next to me because you did not. If you did you will see 4 people did not share the sandwich. Stop blaming customer for your lack of understanding. Who said everyone that walks in has to order a plate or food. Some people are not all hungry when they walk in. So stop saying like I only order one dish because you should check before you...

This Pho place has been a gem for me. I love their Pho and always get an extra noodle because of its taste.

Today, I experienced something that disappinted me a lot. I brought my colleague to introduce this place and ordered pork chop over rice. The cashier asked me if I want to have it with soup or salad. Coming from Asian culture, I thought they would give a side dish if I ordered the pork chop. So I ordered the pork chop. The cashier brought a pork chop pho for my colleague.

When I approached her why she gave the pork chop pho, she unapologetically said I ordered it and never wanted to understand what I ordered. It was my last day at work with the colleague and I didn't want to make a big deal out of it. But, her attitude and no customer serive mind really...

Excellent customer service, the food was delicious, the price was reasonable. The owner/the cook is very kind, nice, friendly, amazing and outstanding. She showed her full respect, kindness, care, and patience to us as her customers when we selected and ordered the dishes. We were in a group of 5 people at the time to enjoy the food at this restaurant. All of us were very please, very happy and very satisfied with everything when we were eating in this restaurant on Saturday, June 25, 2022.
